Fair enough….in fact I look at it this way:

University has become dogs b~~~~, it is a scam that robs students of their money, time and energy. The ONLY and BEST way to learn is ON THE JOB. University is just one big memory game, where students gets good marks if they can memorize theory and regurgitate it on an exam paper.

I encourage students to demand 100% marks, get out of university and start learning on the job.

I knew a man who was a retired college administrator. He said very bluntly to me one time that for-profit colleges and universities are big business and that they treat the students as financial assets.

My boss doesn’t want me stressed out so he is having my salary set at whatever I think I would prefer and not requiring for me to show up at meetings as long as my work and my work alone, not the team, is evaluated.

I’m also not going to be allowed to hear any negative comments throughout my workday. These will be communicated by email only.

What is interesting about this is the timing.

More and more college “students” are women. 2 out of 3 roughly.

And we have all this wimp crap occurring ever since they have been there in majority numbers. Catering to the weaker students, women. That already by most figures, enroll in easier majors to begin with. Even the ones that enroll in tougher majors and graduate in them, often find their husbands in the same tougher degree programs, and when they decide to have a family, they become stay at home moms. Even they get their MRS degree in many. many cases.

All this is going to do is reinforce the idea in their heads that they really are hard workers and o my gosh, a one page paper – i am so stressed out about that! it is just going to magnify their distorted view of what having “stress” really is, and they are going to be incredibly bad future workers who can’t go two days straight without a mental health day off.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
