Good day to everyone at this site. This is my first theme and my English isn’t perfect. Sorry for mistakes my friends. I wanna tell you about unfairness at jobs. I work at KFC at Russia and this is a weird s~~~ at this restaurant. It is a system that women can’t carry box of milk,she always cries oh it’s so hard for me or box of papers. Imagine PAPERS??? It so challenging to women to carry box of PAPERS??? And they don’t pull out litter because it’s very awful for them. What do you think about this events at your work? And what’s your MGTOW decisions for this tasks?

Two ways;

When a female co-worker whines about some task being “hard”, or something “a man should do”, I simply ask them in a smug way, “you are a strong and independent woman right? this should be no problem then!” with a nice wide smile on my face.

Or ask them how much of their own salary are they willing to give up, for your services, of doing (all) the work.

F~~~ing T~~~s want to mix it up and dish it out with Men while they’re incapable of pulling their own weight, literally! All they can do is pull some chicken-s~~~ excuse about “it too heavy” or “smells too bad”, bitch, did you not come through the door and applied? Did you not have an interview? Did you not sign and agreed to do the f~~~ing job? Yes. So pick this s~~~ up or go home.
They used to call me Slave Driver back in my deluded-blue-pill days when I still worked for some asswhole behind a desk, and that was with a crew of 15 men. A t~~~ would not have lasted an hour. We had three behind desks in the “Home Office” and they were not kidding calling it that, lounging around without shoes while the guys busted their ass in -20 with heavy equipment.
As soon as real work is involved, the t~~~s disappear like fog under the sun.

Forget true equality. It doesn’t exist and everyone knows it. Some people are going to get advantage and some people are going to be taken advantage of. The “curse of competency” will see to it that people who are the most capable will end up making the greatest contributions.

If it’s fairness you’re after, though, you can get it in your private life. Engage in activities that only competent, responsible people are able to perform… go on endurance hikes, free climb rock faces, camp at high altitudes, do things that are cold, wet, physically demanding and expensive.

In complex and harsh environments like these, chances are you’ll find yourself surrounded by people who give as good as they get.

My Mom, when she was in her 30s, (petite) carried rocks from the digging spoilage when we were building the family cottage. Women that complain about work (carrying papers) light duty, are the most pathetic woman on earth! I’ll go out of my way NOT TO HELP THEM! Especially after helping my mom with rocks she carried that were HALF HER WEIGHT!

Alimovlex – Hey, totally true. Feminism is more about equal pay for inequal work. Oh, and the right to make a guy pay for a child he does not want for 18 years, or the right to kill one in utero that a guy does want. I am not saying abortion should be illegal, but we are on the topic of equality right?

Her actions are VERY common amongst women.

Tell them that a woman should cook and do all the laundry, and she’d likely claw your eyes out and call you a sexist pig.

Yet, she’ll turn around and tell you that it’s a man’s job to take out the garbage or lift “heavy” stuff. That’s what a “real man” does.

They are delusional, and the sexism on their part doesn’t register in their brains.

Fair is a subjective term and, from my experience, a woman’s concept of fair is far from being fair. To me, determining if something is fair can be achieved from a simple question: if the shoe were on the other foot, would you still consider it fair?

If yes, it’s likely fair. If no, it’s likely unfair.

In the vast majority of cases, women fail the fairness test when the “shoe on the other foot” test is applied. They typically deem their expectations of men to be fair based on emotions and outdated gender roles.

Thanks for everyone! Your advices works brilliantly! I keep this situation posted to my headmaster and she told that they have to do this work which I do too because they have signed job’s agreement). Wow that works but all women are bulls~~~ either
