I never realized kissing was considered a sex act; I wonder if kissing someone could be used as grounds for a rape lawsuit.

A corrections officer was caught making out with a male inmate in an upstate New York jail — while the jail’s captain was giving a tour to officers from other facilities last week.After his stolen kiss on Friday, the corrections officer quickly tendered his resignation.
Tompkins County Sheriff Ken Lansing told The Ithica Voice, “We weren’t going to hesitate or drag our feet on this … he was out the door in 5 minutes or less.”

Tompkins County District Attorney Gwen Wilkinson told the Daily News she’s investigating whether a crime was committed.

“I believe that any person incarcerated in any kind of jail is legally incapable of giving consent for contact,” Wilkinson said, adding, “Under the law, kissing is sex.”

Right now, she’s in the process of investigating whether there were incidents with other inmates.

The officer’s name will be released if he is charged with a crime.

Lansing told The Ithica Voice, “He was a good corrections officer; we never had any complaints against him.

“He did his job; he was a very caring person and he always volunteered, and did extra things for people … he came here and he worked hard.”

Hell, you can’t even write about ’em! Every moment this website is online they’re foaming at the mouth trying to hack it any damn way they can. They’re passing laws without even reading them, that’s on record. There are some 200 year-old laws that make no sense now still on the books but they can’t wait to trip over themselves to pass new ones, no matter how insane they are.

Gee, when I was a kid, my grandma used to kiss me on the cheek without warning me, I guess I got raped.

The correction’s officer is a male, the inmate is also a male. But the premise that kissing somebody is a sexual act seems ludicrous. In any event, it would not surprise me to see the feminists setting this up as an act of rape. I would think the inmate would have done something if he didn’t like it, as it’s in human nature to react violently when accosted upon. In this case the correction’s officer would have gotten a black eye.
