Dat’s rather old news… Cell companies always could access all the contents of SIM card and locate phone with 100-200m accuracy since cell communication was first introduced. Dat’s not even for eavesdropping, that is for accurate identification and reliable communication, all works and records constantly since oldest cell phones.
