The feminist morons suggest that to close the gender pay gap men should work less or pay should not be negotiable. Both major factors in why the average man earns more than the average woman.

The requirement on companies is to report the gender pay gap which has nothing to do with equal pay as it does not take into account job role, number of hours worked, experience or the ability to negotiate better etc.

That doesn’t stop the feminist policy makers from crying and whining about it though.

The EHRC statement came as think tank the Institute for Public Policy Research published a report on the UK’s gender pay gap and suggested employers should urge more men to work fewer hours or work flexibly.

IPRR’s research found 81% of occupations had a pay gap. The biggest difference between men’s and women’s pay was for those over 40 – a difference which then continues for the rest of their working lives.

The report says changing men’s working behaviour is “crucial” to closing the gender pay gap, recommending employers introduce “use it or lose it” paid paternity leave and encourage more men to take up job shares.

To help women – who it says have a “lower propensity” to negotiate their pay – the report suggests employers either rule out salary negotiation altogether or explicitly state in job adverts that pay is negotiable.

It appears the real reasons for the difference in pay are slowly being realised by all, but that apparently still isn’t acceptable.

There is no logic here. Who does it benefit to make men work fewer hours?

The companies? No.

Same argument applies for men who are in prison for not being able to keep up with payments. Sigh. To get out of prison they need to keep up with payments but to keep up with payments they need a job…outside prison. Upside down society this is.

I think the expectation is that since women can’t work reasonable hours or be bothered to train to do a job properly that men should work less and pretend to be idiots so that the gender pay gap can disappear and the feminists can claim victory for f~~~ing everybody’s life up.

The same principle applies in dropping standards for entry to physically demanding jobs, e.g. fire-fighters, front-line military etc. because women can’t make the cut, so punish everyone because women are not “getting what they deserve“.

Women having to work a greater percentage of the time: win men.

This gives men a much greater chance to go their own way. Men will have more time to go fishing.
