There’s no doubt about it, UBER generate a lot of hostile press here in the UK and it has just been announced that the licensing authority Transport For London have declined to renew the private hire operator license which is essential for the taxi service if it is to continue its popular London operation.
UBER have stated that they intend to appeal and will continue to provide a normal service until this appeal concludes, it may take years.
It is estimated that UBER service 3,500,000 customers annually in London with the support of 40,000 drivers.
This is a political decision pursued vigorously by the ludicrous Mayor of London Sadiq Khan – the established “Black Cab” network have lobbied relentlessly for UBER to be outlawed rather than compete on service / price so screw the consumer.
I use UBER rides whenever available and have found without exception that the drivers are courteous and professional, the fares are low – even when surge pricing is applied at peak demand and the cars are modern, clean and presented in a good state of repair.
I’m curious guys, do they receive the same level of negativity in your own locations and does your experience mirror my own.
Damn I just posted seconds after you. Deleted my topic. In any case….. don’t be her personal chariot. No more Uber in London. So naturally women think “emergency boyfriends” are their personal chauffeurs now.
Emergency orbiters & white knights are the “only option” because public transit, bikes & walking is out of the question. When women get too comfortable, they can never go back in lifestyle.
Why MGTOW works so well.
Emergency boyfriends get to drive her home.
But the fool will never ever get to “drive her home”.If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.
Anonymous13Emergency boyfriends.
What absolute c~~~s.
Ignore these user creatures.
The timing was surreal and you make a great point.
On a personal note KM sincere thanks for setting up and maintaining this site, just lurking here kept me sane as I wandered bewildered into the s~~~ storm which is my divorce.
Hope you have a great weekend.

The drivers of uber struggle to make a decent living, just another corporation exploiting those further down the chain to make millions.

Only the twisted hypergamous, rationalization hamster mind of women would come up with “emergency boyfriends”.
They don’t say, I guess I will learn to drive, or I guess we will have to modify our lives somehow. Nope, they say, we’re going to have to leech off of men we use for everything else but sex, a different way now.
Beta orbiter chauffeurs who are being played, like they play all the men in their lives.
They are all just scheming users and takers. Shallow and vapid. It is hardly worth the only thing they have to offer.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
Uber was very tight with David Cameron, the former Prime Minister.
It will be interesting to see which MP’s suddenly discover that Uber is wonderful.
Brown envelopes all round!

Anonymous0The whole concept of Uber makes me laugh. In 1997 we told kids not to get into stranger’s cars and not to talk to people on the internet. In 2017 we summon strangers from the internet for the express purpose of getting into their cars.
Uber is a prime example of parasitic ‘elites’, using the law to commandeer a thriving business.
Arianna Huffington divorced her wealthy husband. She’s now in possession of billions in unearned wealth. She then wheedles her way onto the Uber board.
The founders of the company are from worker bee extraction, and self made. They were forced out of the company at the behest of a vaginal pirate.
The replacement ceo is an NWO plant. Looted wealth from Iran, by the ceo’s parents. Sent to an unobtainable tuition private primary school. Given the fast track to the highest positions in corporate america.
Now the Uber funds will be diverted to NWO interests. Brothers, if this isn’t a clear example of NWO, gynocentric flaunting of the rule of law. I don’t know what else might alert us to the serious threat posed to our individual liberty.
I GMOW specifically because of scenarios like this. Stay blessed brothers.

Anonymous3Never used that app, nor know the political background.
But, taxi drivers have a competition for a reason, they have goddamn expensive prices all over the world. This is business. If someone can do a comparable service for cheaper, people will choose that.
Why taxi drivers don’t have their app with GPS, all over the place? Why are they disorganized? Why did they charge prices that people don’t want to pay, and much higher than all the costs (of wages and car maintenance)? Because they could? That was monopoly, now they have competition and struggling to handle that.
Uber drivers:
01 – Do not fully understand the tax impact that operating as ‘contractors’ has on them: And they underestimate what they will actually owe in taxes due to only seeing the (gross) money come in.
02: – Most do not carry the required additional endorsement from their own insurance company that covers them as a ‘driver for hire’ / work use of their vehicle.
03: – Ultimately have high maintenance costs for the vehicle that they are literally using as a mobile ATM.
04: – They are directly supporting a business model (Uber) that puts most of the risk along with effort on their backs. While Uber does not own, insure or maintain a single vehicle that is used to transport passengers.
I wish any Uber driver alot of luck with all that.
