    Remember Ramsey’s temperatures he’s using are in Celsius, not Fahrenheit.

    220 C == about 450 Fahrenheit

    ( Celsius x 1.9 ) + 32 = Fahrenheit

    I have also seen people brine a turkey overnite to help it not dry out and add a little salt to the tissues.

    Also note his cooking times are decided for a turkey that is already totally thawed.

    I love turkey with mint jelly .

    Use to get the drumb sticks and tell my kids it was dinosaur chicken . With broccli christmas trees and some cauliflower snow trees . Runner beans make you run faster .

    My turkeys are still walking around healthy and free. It’s easier to let them live than kill, clean, and cook them. They have been granted a pardon.

    F~~~ it! I’m cooking Big Kohoona burgers today with veggies and Mac’n’cheese.

    I’m not good at killing my livestock and eating them, yet! What a f~~~ing wimp!
