Trying to Live A Lie, Instead of Embracing the TRUTH

I found it funny when the resident Old Hag was trying to recruit me to go to HER families for the holiday.

I’m like, “Who Me??” First, I laughed, and then I told her politely that I have No Desire to see any of them after they have all showed their true colors. Hell, even before they lost their s~~~ on me, it’s not like we were ever close or anything. Really, NO GREAT LOSS EITHER WAY.

The point of it is that myself and the Old Hag have nothing to do with each other beyond issues surrounding the kids, and it’s not like the kids don’t know because they too have to deal with her Crazy Ass, but suddenly she wants me to swallow my pride and put on the smiles to go and kiss her families ass. She only wants me to go because she’s like every other woman, and wants the façade of a “successful relationship”. She’s not interested in the Real Thing, just for it to look that way on certain days when IT FITS HER.

Oh well, that’s HER PROBLEM. She KNOWS that I’m done with all of them and will be completely done with her as well as soon as the youngest graduates high school, and it’s not like she’s not on board with this. Who does she thinks that she’s fooling ??? I’m sure that they know that HER MARRIAGE is a Train Wreck as this type of thing is hard to keep under wraps long term.

I just find it funny that she’s still TRYING to put a happy face on something that she lead the way on destroying for so many years.

Maybe part of it is that she can live out her little fantasy of a “happy family” for a few hours before she snaps out of it and returns to her normal miserable bitchy self.

It’s all about how it LOOKs, and NOT about how it TRULY IS. She like many woman rather LIVE A LIE than ACCEPT THE TRUTH.

Being seen to be successful in front of the hive is all that really matters. They are fiercely competitive, much more so than men. With men it is about winning by being better. With women it is about putting your rivals down by having more. A man hoped to be the best he can. A woman only wants to look better than her hive rivals. Whether or not she is actually good is unimportant.

Not living fantasy out. Its all about her looking good around the other hive women. They dont dress for you, its for other women. You and the kids are just accessories for her look.

To be a cherished, central family member is a woman’s highest calling. Just think of the humiliation she’ll feel when you’re not there and all her relatives are looking on, thinking about why you’ve abandoned her.
