He actually wants the constitution followed the way it originally was. Birthright citizenship was never meant nor intended for foreigners and illegal aliens. They are not citizens of this country and cannot claim anything under our constitution as being their rights this country, A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO THEM.

Try going to any other country in the world and demanding citizenship there because your wife squats a kid out there. Thats not the way it works. And it didn’t work that way here for a very long time.

This amendment was created to make sure former slaves and their progeny were to be recognized as us citizens. Note the indians were not included in this as they were regarded as citizens of their own indian tribal nations.

I wondered about that. As a tax accountant we are taught that the two biggest words in the tax law are “and” and “or”. It doesn’t say born in the US OR subject to the jurisdiction thereof. It says AND subject to the jurisdiction thereof. I’m not sure what “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” means in legal terms, but you have to have BOTH (and) the way the law was written, not one or the other (or). It seems like our government may have been treating the part about the jurisdiction thereof as a throw away line.

Is he right or is he wrong? I don’t know. But I do know that AND is the most important word in that sentence.

I’m not some trigger happy, blood luster, but I certainly hope that we do fire on them if pushed to do so. It’s the only way the U.S. can be taken serious anymore. If we were known to be tougher on illegal immigration in the first place, this s~~~ wouldn’t be happening now. Thank God Trump is president, because can you even imagine what it would be like if Clinton had won? I just hope Trump stays strong and is allowed to do what’s right.

I am brazilian and I support this. This mass of immigrants that are coming your way is actually a ploy by the leftist parties of that country who want to make your country look fascist when Trump understandably refuses to allow those people to enter your land. (There’s plenty of proof about that including videos and pictures of honduran politicans rallying it’s people to start the caravan). This is actually an experiment by those commies to see if they can force USA to accept immigrant waves through international pressure.

If Trump gives in to international pressure and let’s those people in there will be lots of incoming waves of illegals from all those f~~~ed up dictatorships at Central and South America. Even though I wish I could legally immigrate to the USA (what probably won’t happen and that’s fine), I know it isn’t right to support this kind of bulls~~~. In Brazil we are having massive influx of venezuelan immigrants since that asshole Maduro completely destroyed Venezuela and people are eating dogs and neighbors, starving because there’s no food in markets and no toilet paper either.
