Betsy DeVos, a top Education Department of the Trump Administration, says 90% of sexual assault cases are due to ‘both parties being drunk.’ Furthermore, this same official is meeting with university officials as part of efforts to review the Obama Policies on how Colleges handle sexual assault.

The article continues and states “One Candice E. Jackson, picked by Devos to head the Civil Rights office, organized talks because she was said to believe that people accused of sexual assault are often unfairly targeted and labeled as “rapists” by universities that rush in to support their victims.” (I for one caught the quotations the article put in their story, as to suggest it’s all political maneuvering and fiction. Most here know this is EXACTLY what the accused are labeled as.)

Continuing, the article states “[Usually, there’s] not even an accusation that these accused students overrode the will of a young woman,” Jackson said. “Rather, the accusations — 90 percent of them — fall into the category of ‘we were both drunk,’ ‘we broke up, and six months later I found myself under a Title IX investigation because she just decided that our last sleeping together was not quite right.'”

Yet and this is unbelievable, Yahoo goes on to state 1) 90% or rape cases don’t get reported, because of fear of retaliation and 2) the link to a 2010 study by ‘Women’s Violence group’ that suggest only 2% to 10% of sexual assault allegations tend to be false.

As you can imagine gentlemen, the proverbial s~~~-storm that is going to follow this will be one that is quite the magnitude. It raises questions. Like, “Why now?” Yes, this is something we’ve been saying for a while, but what is prompting this to be set in motion? and 2) At this point, isn’t it just too late?

As men continue to walk away it seems as though the pendulum that is social responsibility is on its return swing, and it would seem as though a many feminist head are going to roll.

I don’t exactly know what they’re trying to do but one thing I do know is that it’s too f~~~ing late.
How many false rape accusations have there been now around the gynocentric world since the 90’s? And how many of those men, and their friends and male family members have witnessed the wheel of Injustice turning against men? My bet it’s too many for this society to survive men going their own way and pulling their resources off the table.
You can’t discriminate against a major portion of the population without blowback and they’ve JUST started to feel it. Wait a little more and they’ll want men to get paid to marry them ! You make an extremely valid point. As did TFM (Turd Flinging Monkey ) on one of his youtube channels. His thoughts on the matter of rape, and women screaming to the rafters on social media are something like this:

If it wasn’t reported, it doesn’t count. You can’t just jump on social media and have someone taken to a social media court (circus) and have them tried by the public before they can even face their accuser. If you were raped, file a report. Let the police take samples, use their kits, their doctors, to determine and document what happened. If you aren’t going to do that, then essentially we don’t know if you’re lying or not. And when you are staking another persons livelihood on the line, you better damn well come with evidence. Otherwise, it simply just didn’t happen.

And I totally f~~~ing agree with him. I can see these people conducting the study just walking around asking women if they’ve been raped, and if so, why didn’t they report it. There is simply no way to verify the claim. And all it does is skew numbers to fit an agenda, and be pawned off as fact.

I should also mention that another article stated that the administration back-peddled a bit and apologized for making the claim. Aint’ that some s~~~? We live in a day and age where you have to apologize for speaking the truth.

Here is the REAL problem:

Case 01

False accusation of rape occurs at a university. Fraternity guy, Kyle is falsely accused by sorority chick, Molly.

Consequences – He is ‘labeled’ a rapist and has to switch to another college. No criminal prosecution occurs.

Case 02

False allegation occurs outside of a college campus.
Lower class guy, Tom that is 19 and working forty hours a week because he can’t afford to go to college is falsely accused by sorority chick, Molly when she was home from college for the summer and hooked up with him.

Consequences –

He is arrested, brought to an arraignment. Held for trial or let out on bail. Gets convicted due to an inept public defender and jury bias. Spends a few years in prison then gets out and is a registered sex offender for the rest of his life.

The whole rape culture thing is rubbish. I’ve heard figures like 1 in 5 women in college will be raped. Wtf. I went to college part time for 10 years, and during that time I’ve met a lot of people, and I never once heard of anyone on campus getting violently, forcefully raped, so I don’t know where the f~~~ that 1 in 5 number comes from.

It was also a dry campus, so I disagree with the 90% drunk thing…I’d say its more like 90% next day regrets, the drunk part is irrelevant. Women get caught up in the moment, f~~~ someone or get gang banged, then worry about their “reputation” the next day, and hey f~~~ it, time to claim rape. Not only do you not look like a slut but you get all kinds of sympathy as well.

Realistically there are enough easy girls on a college campus that if you just wanted some pussy, its not all that hard to get some…I just don’t see why they act like so many dudes are rapists, its a joke, or if you are really super horny and going to break the law anyhow, with the internet these days craigslist is a few clicks away and whore are a plenty on there.
