That only works if one exposes themselves to the script.

Breaking clean from propaganda has the same effect on the mind as breaking out of prison. I didn’t know I was brainwashed gynocentric until I was away from the brainwash living life as it came in my own little world.

You have no idea how filthy the air is in the city until you stay in the wilderness for months on end. For instance, I never knew how much burned fuel is around cities until I was away long enough and on my return trips I could smell it 50 miles away! Like sticking your face in a chimney, charcoal grill, or tail pipe.

Living in the country about 200 miles from NYC I can smell it when the wind is right. I can smell it on the cloths and in the cars when friends down there came to visit, it smells like a mixture of sewer gas and lighting a charcoal grill.

My point is media exposure does the same thing! You don’t know how filthy it is until you dwell in its total absence.

I live in a city and my flat is quite close to a motorway and major roads.

As I used to work for an Irish company I visited HQ in Dublin every 3 months for a sales meeting.

I used to go on the car ferry from Holyhead and as long as I stayed out of the heavy fuel soil films the salt air in just 3 hours 25 minutes (crossing time) started to improve my breathing.

Back in UK for a couple of days and coughing all the time again.

When I moved to London in 1995 the first summer I git Hayfever like symptoms it was the pollution If you sat at the top of one tall building you could not see the top of the building across the street because a black cloud clung round it-smog.

Still air quality is better than when we had factories belching smoke out all day from the cotton mills and loom powered by steam engines run on coal here in Manchester.

In Victorian times they thought central library was built out of coal it was so black.

Yes, but repetition can be made more effective combined with mind altering drugs. That is why children in the USA, who are not taking the brainwash very well in school are forced onto “medication.”

The drugs bypass any mental firewall that you have and the brainwashing can take hold.

MK-ULTRA, went even further and did “de-patterning” in which all memories are wiped and you are left blank slate, back at infancy. Total vegetable.

That was with 1960’s technology, they are now far more advanced…
