Gentlemen – this year has been such an awakening for me, partially due to the fact I indulged in particular cinema that rekindled my hope and courage. Although I’m still working on myself, I wanted to start a topic in search of other MGTOW-related films that others may know of that have helped them.

Many of the movies on the list below I have watched this year and would categorize as “MGTOW” related films:

    1. The Shawshank Redemption
    2. The Matrix
    3. One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest
    4. The Lord of the Rings (Trilogy)
    5. Fight Club
    6. Bladerunner 2049
    7. Batman Begins/DarkKnight/Rises (Trilogy)
    8. Snowpiercer
    9. No Country for Old Men
    10. There will be Blood

I would be grateful to hear of any other recommendations. Thanks for all of the support and wishing you all the best.

Out of those ten I’ve only seen #3 and #4 so I cannot comment upon the others. But I would suggest:

    High Plains Drifter
    Omega Man
    Last Man on Earth
    Godfather I
    The wild Bunch
    Outlaw Josie Wales
    Soylent Green
    John Carpenter’s the Thing
    Hamburger Hill
    Kelly’s Heroes

Personally I thought Lord of the Rings sucked. Why? the constant pussy worship, the idiot portrayal of of a “woman Warrior” out there fighting like man–(very VERY militant feminist) So NO Lord of the Rings is NOT a MGTOW themed movie.

    The Gambler (2014).
    They Live (1988).

Ok, am I the only one that wanted to corn-hole nurse Ratchet? What an evil bitch. Her character wasn’t much better in Star Trek.

Cool Hand Luke (already mentioned by Awakened, I wanted to mention it again that…… maybe the best MGTOW movie)

The Good the Bad And The Ugly/For a Few Dollars More (either one)

    The Magnificent Seven

    Five Easy Pieces

A Street Car Named Desire ……….The destruction of Blanche, (his wife Stella’s sister), with Brando using his male logic and aggression and Blanche, employing her feminine skills……..in a death match for who will be in charge of that house and his marriage………is a thing to behold).

How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being.

Some good films have been posted but I’m not sure they all follow MGTOW themes.

I will admit Shrek fits this mold. It starts as one, and then he f~~~ing gives up his freedom for a bewitched tart.

    “Ice Station Zebra – 1968”
Howard Hughes is said to have watched a private print of Ice Station Zebra about 150 times in his hotel suite in Las Vegas .. during the years prior to his death.

The film has no female actors at any point in the movie. This actually makes this Cold War theme all that much better .. as the actors engage the audience and cause this rather big-budget drama to become the classic that it is .. without using any romance as most Holly Wood productions do .. but, rather, fine acting, great scenery and locations .. and a very good script. No women. Great film with an all star cast of actors you will recognize.

    The Thing
    Office Space

    Outlaw Josey Wales

    Easy Rider
    That’s a partial list anyway.

Falling Down would be one Id consider. I cant say for sure though I havent watched it in a while. The guys wife wrecks him and is keeping his son from him. He has had it with her and the word, and will stop at nothing to see his son. The movie prompted me to ask “Is this individual sick or is society sick?”
