I go for a solid workout. No BS. Though the majority of women are post wall and not worth a look, there are a few younger ones that are hard to ignore. Theyre clearly dressed for Chad attraction. Especially with their ass squeezed into tight black yoga pants and t~~~ shaking half exposed.

Like most men my biology implores me to look but I am at risk of one of these snowflakes complaining – its happened before to other men. Women have female only gyms – why not men?

I go regularly to the gym to work out hard. Period. If other folks are there to socialize or for other purposes, whatever… I pay little attention to distraction.

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

I used to go to a gym that had a women’s only room, complete with weight machines, T.V., everything… Now, I had no idea it was for women only and while doing rehab work after an operation one of the machines I liked was in there, so there I was using it and I got nasty looks from a few ladies until I got kicked out by management, from just that room that is. I was embarrassed and slightly p~~~ed off. This was many years ago, but even back then in my blue pill days I wondered why this was acceptable. I knew of no gyms that were men only or had men only areas.

I guess this is done because some fat ass women are embarrassed about working out in front of everyone. Well, how about the skinny kid or man who is embarrassed about lifting 10lb weights when the monster next to him is using 100lbs???

Two sets of rules in play at all times apparently. Women’s emotions are always catered to, while Men’s are never considered.

You know what kind of a s~~~ storm a gym owner would have to deal with if it was ‘male only’. I get p~~~ed at this young girls strutting around in slutty gym attire not doing s~~~ just tieing up machines while they text on their phones or take selfies for f~~~book. If they’re on a machine and it’s my time to use it in rotation I ask them to move it along since they’re obviously not using it.

I just work around ’em and don’t give ’em a second glance. Which seems to bother them even more! LoL!

I wrote about this a little while ago.

I just ignore them and the attractive ones CAN’T take it. They’re used to the attention and if you deny it they can’t understand why. Be prepared to be ‘side-eyed’ in the mirrors and they’ll be all up in ‘your space’ – Following you from machine to machine. It’s pretty funny. I’m in great shape and like you I go to the gym to workout. No socialising, just workout.

I was travelling for work last week so had to go to a different gym. I walked in and there are girls EVERYWHERE doing some ‘booty’ class. – It’s disgusting. Phones out. 50% effort. It’s because it’s January, they all have new year resolutions and think a class a week will give them the results they want… I got held up at the reception and I can already see a bunch of them looking my way, fixing their hair and pulling up their tight ass yoga pants.

One of the female personal trainers was doing the same and had a huge grin on her face as soon as I walked in – waiting to fix me a glance, a smile and initiate a conversation as I walked in. Then I just walked past her and didn’t even acknowledge her existence. My WHOLE workout she followed me around. Then at the end came up to ask if I was new to the area and interested in personal training. I just said “No thanks” and walked off.

You almost get four types of tuna:

    1) The lone wolf. – Shes normally pretty hot, in great shape and knows what shes doing. She’s often a regular and is there to workout too. I have a bit of respect for them until I see the face of makeup and over-sexualised workout clothes. They pretend they’re not looking…but they are.

    2) The group – The best ones to ignore. They’re there to chat, socialise and lead beta men astray. They’ll follow you from machine to machine, pointing, gossiping and generally doing f&%k all. They’ll sit on the treadmill for 30 minutes at 20% effort just talking. All dressed in tight fitting clothes that flaunt ‘reasonable’ bodies. They’ll crowd around you on the mats doing 50 sets of 2 squats, taking selfies and browsing social media. I have no respect for ‘the group’.

    3) The Beast – She lifts with the men. No makeup here. Respect.

    4) The Undesirables – Everyone else. I’ll give a friendly nod to those I see every week out of respect. There’s two older ladies that I see 3x a week grinding it out on the cross trainer. Fair play to them.

    Any I’ve missed?

Everyone else, I have no interest in when I’m working out. A mens gym sounds great.

I guess this is done because some fat ass women are embarrassed about working out in front of everyone. Well, how about the skinny kid or man who is embarrassed about lifting 10lb weights when the monster next to him is using 100lbs???

    Excellent point!
