Like it or not, where is the lawyer and the due process here? Well guess what? Same charges! Contempt of court! :

Now I have to ask you, why 13 months for videotaping? Boy this sounds so FAMILIAR! Like… I WAS IN THE SAME SITUATION!

In fact all the things he talked about in jail are normal. They move you where they will and do with you as they wish. The problem for Tommy, is that unlike here in the USA, there is no people in jail that are going to look after him. In fact, it’s like if a cop goes to jail. Not a pretty sight.

I want you to notice why “Probation” is hell. In fact, almost every thing that he has been arrested for is a “Special condition”. This is why I did what I did and asked the judge to “SERVE MY DEBT to society” instead of having time in jail THEN the added BS of Probation. As a free man, I actually am able to across the river and go to medical appointments with the VA. And not have to worry about missing them or my probation officer simply replying no.

Tommy is looking to come to the uSA just like I and many others have said to do. In fact, he is going to leave his home and everything that he has there simply to start over again. It really makes you think twice about sticking your neck out. But this is what all of us fear when you are 36 years old. Have a family. And now, have to face the grim truth that your own country is not yours anymore.

This is why TRUMP made it to the White house. It was not just voters that saw what was going on here in the states, but the very people in government that new just what a tight space they were in. Even now, speaking up about things or blowing the whistle is not a good idea. Ask the guy here in PDX who was forced to retire from his job at looking over the care of the Mentally ill. Thankfully, he filed a lawsuit. (Or was rather allowed to)

Tommy is in a pickle. He has every right to claim asylum. But lets be honest here. What are the chances? With so much white hate and guilt everywhere, where is this going to end?

For the U.K.? Tommy is the biggest threat on the front of the E.U. and the U.K. Giving him a chance to leave would only strengthen his point. In fact, that’s the odd thing. I thought the E.U. had freedom of movement. But in this case,I guess this does not apply if you are Tommy.

Bill Cosby Legal Team did an appeal. He is still in jail. I think it’s going to take another 3 years before he gets out. Even then, I wonder? Think about this.. If you ever bought a drink for a women, that is the same thing as druging here.

Here in the U.S., the FBI is already getting their ducks in a row to declare anyone that does not believe the “official narrative”, meaning those people that do not trust the government and the media, to be declared terrorists/enemies of the state.

The FBI and their allies are likely waiting for President Trump to be out of office before they push that authoritarian agenda. They might even plan to have President Trump be their first prosecution on this matter once he has left office.

If this should happen, it likely there will be a sudden spike in resignations from U.S. Marshals, because U.S. Marshals will be the ones whom are expected to serve the federal arrest warrants against people whom are already upset with government and whom are likely armed.

Probation is a joke. In most cases it is designed to keep guys in the system and almost guarantees a return to jail due to a probation ‘violation’

Got in a fight outside of a bar years ago in Phoenix.

Had a great attorney that despite my history (never been to prison) that had a couple of assault charges with a link to alcohol, LOL, he was able to get the prosecutor to roll pre-trial and offer:

Thirty days work release
Two years probation
Anger management classes (one year)
No alcohol for the duration of probation
And a bunch of other stuff.

I looked at my attorney from across his desk while drinking a Heineken (I showed up with a six-pack. When a guy that had rich parents that sent him to law school charges $300 an hour, I had a right to drink whatever I wanted in his office) and I asked him what the alternative was.

He said, 30 days in jail. No probation, no anger management classes, and no post-jail terms and conditions.

At my sentencing hearing, I had him tell the judge I would just do the jail time. Which became only 20 days due to good behavior and I rolled out of jail at 12:15am on day 20 like a boss.

And my attorney’s office chick was waiting in her car for me so we could get back to her place and continue the fck-fest.

Still have no idea if he ever found out that her and I were banging.
