Watched this earlier today – really good video. It’s so true that friends and family hold you back.

Funnily enough, today a friend was calling me today and I didn’t answer his answer phone calls because a) I don’t really want to speak to him or keep his company (in fact I’m thinking about ending the friendship) and b) I had something important to do. He ended up showing up at my house, distracting me and wasting my time.

This situation solidified the information in the video further.
