We have had this sort of thing in Britcuckistan for years. If they don’t like you they take your guns. If someone whispers bad things about you they take your guns in case.

They say it is because people they think look like you sometimes go on to offend. This basically lets them take away anyone’s guns who they want to because in the end anything can be called threatening, or mental illness and there is always a case of someone a bit like someone else who offended.
