Yeah I was watching the other day on tv in NY how a drone almost crashed into a helicopter,

FAA regulations prohibit flying in an aerodrome and over 500ft strictly prohibited, only certified aircraft and licensed pilots. Here in the sticks I flew my RCs well over 3,000 ft attracting eagles and hawks to investigate my power glider, the other aircraft they ignored, they didn’t behave like an eagle in that I was soaring on the thermals and motoring around under power. I used to spend hours flying it like a kite, It would take several minutes to get it back down again.

One time my large Seamaster (Sato 1.5 cid. 4.5 hp) attracted a Cessna as he circled and I circled, the pilot knew I was all about not colliding with him as I left plenty of birth and no sudden changes in direction. I have photos from the disposable panoramic camera I attached to the power glider, that’s how I know it was well over 3,000 ft.

I dented the guardrail on the other side of the lake with in a Seamaster crash.
