Time travel. Is it possible?

Think about it. How great our lives would be if we had this ability , or maybe am I just dreaming too much. After looking at movies and books with time traveling concept, I thought about it. It’s year 2017 and this still isn’t a thing yet. Or maybe is it because we’ve been blinded by too many blue-pill conspiracies that we just don’t notice. Probably because the majority of other men are married, and they don’t have the time or the thought of building such machine , because of some bitch woman. If women are such time wasters, then instead of complaining about it, men should work on bringing it all back and be able to reverse their decisions. Just my opinion though.

We all have a built in time machine. The problem is it is stuck moving forward at the same speed as everyone else around us. Of course if you travel at near the speed of light away from the earth and then come back it will be like time traveling to the future because time will pass more slowly in the spaceship near the speed of light, than on Earth. The problem is its only a one-way trip.

MGTOWER is the only person I know that has a time machine so yeah I would say it’s possible. I even helped him fix it one time, but I had to do a quantum leap.

No, not for us anyway. Science has shown that time is essentially the 4th dimension. As humans, we are capable of traveling through the other 3 dimensions, but lack the ability to control and move through the 4th.

However, if a being or beings exists that are aware of 5 or more dimensions, then it makes sense that they would easily be able to move through 4 dimensions. It also makes sense that we, as humans, could be completely unaware of how it’s done, just like an ant is unaware of how the human world works.

I don’t think I would want to, not the past anyway.

No. You can’t actually go back to a prior moment in time. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Besides, even if you could go back to the past, you would mess up the future anyways.

One big problem with making time travel really work, is that you need to remember we are standing on a planet that is spinning on its axis at roughly 1200 mph. It is also orbiting the Sun, and the Sun is orbiting the galactic core. The galaxy is zooming out from the Big Bang.

This matters because of the laws of conservation of energy and momentum. Every second your physical body is traveling hundreds of miles in a weird twisting path through the universe. You don’t feel it, but it is doing it. If you want to travel through time you need to not just change the when but also your where and momentum so that when you arrive you have a planet to stand on, and you must be moving along with that planet in the right direction. Or, you will be smooshed or sent drifting through the vacuum of space.

It is not a trivial problem. If you could do it, then you could in theory use the same technology to essentially teleport between worlds. You just pick a new location at the same time as now.

As much as I like time-travel stories and shows like Doctor Who, I wonder if the past is something you can truly travel to, when we observe stars that are a billion light-years away, we are seeing events from a billion years ago, it doesn’t mean that if you could instantly travel to those stars, you will see them as they looked through the telescope.

Maybe “faster-than-light” travel will work by combining traveling at 0.01C(10,000,000kph) but only moving forward in time at one ten-thousandth of the standard rate that the universe moves at, thus it seems like you are traveling at 100 times the speed of light.
