I may stealth a little differently.

I believe in camouflage- the disguising of something to make it blend in with it’s surroundings.

I never overtly ignore women by not talking to them. That behavior would make me stand out. I’m friendly. I smile. I make eye contact. I just don’t say much. I try to blend in with my surroundings.

Outside of work, I try to look like a normal everyday type of guy. I used to drive a Lexus and wear suits. I am now driving a 2003 Honda and dress in gym clothes. I blend in. Women never acknowledge me in public unless they know me. I’m pretty much invisible.

I used to attract gold diggers. Now I’m almost free from them. I did get a call last month from an old high school girlfriend requesting that I buy her a car battery and send her some precious metal. But otherwise life is peaceful.

Stay away from parks or anywhere kids are congregating. A man alone in these places is automatically suspected of being up to no good. Even though you are just as entitled to the facilities as anyone else.

Learn to be situationally aware. Be observant for weird behavior and actions from other people.

Wear boring clothes and have a boring haircut that doesn’t stand out.

When you go to the store, make sure you know what you want, get it and get out. I read somewhere that in Target they employ “sophisticated security systems” that can alert security if someone stands in front of merchandise too long. Who knows what other tricks they have.

Online shopping is preferable, can be expensive(cursed brokerage fees) but atleast you don’t have to go outside, or go to a store where you will be in 1984 land.

Unplug computer from the internet when not in use. The computer security situation is so bad now, it’s getting to the point where I wonder if anything electronic can be secured.

Keep important data off internet connected systems, if you can. Even better if you can set up a workstation that is always isolated from the internet.

Practice loose lips sink ships mentality. Basically don’t tell anyone anything they don’t need to know.

Do not gain notoriety.

I’ve been stealth mode forever. It’s called social anxiety. I’ve had it for as long as I can remember. Many of my relationships failed due to them not understanding WHAT social anxiety is.

I go to work fine, but once work is done– I have no desire to go anywhere. I am a homebody and proud of it. Those that always tell me I am missing out, I laugh at. (FOMO) Fear Of Missing Out is an illusion, just like GAGS.

Now living on my own at 30 (after 10+ years of roommates), I now take pride in being a homebody. I worked SO HARD to be able to DO NOTHING and be by MYSELF. If my life ends tomorrow, I go out a happy man. I have nothing left to achieve, other than just worrying about myself. 🙂

I go to stores (when I absolutely have to and can’t order it online) at night, when I know they are close to closing. I go to the grocery store at 7am because nobody is there (Or I’ll go 20 minutes to closing).

I work outside 8-10 hours a day, the last thing I want to do is go out more. PEOPLE THAT DON’T UNDERSTAND THAT ARE WORKING IN BUILDINGS AND TRAPPED INSIDE. You know what my view is? THE OCEANFRONT PROPERTY. Stick that in your cubicle and smoke it, sally.

The biggest thing that puts a smile on my face? Nobody knows I do this, as I am stealthy. I get along great with people, I am always friendly. But it’s all a mask guys. It’s a mask because if I am who I really am, I do not get new customers and further my business. I’ll listen to you while you line my pockets with cash. Win win 😉
