There are lots of advantages to working out.
Muscles support your spine and a overall better physique will raise testosterone levels and trigger endorphins.

It’s higher than usual because yesterday I hitted with my coworkers a all-you-can eat Chinese-Japanese restaurant and there were even wonderful desserts, so I took advantage – usually I don’t even gain body fat nor even when I eat at the all-you-can-eat because I just eat a lot of fish, especially salmon (spicy salmon gunkan is my preferred kind).

I like the machines at the gym.
I hate the people there and try to pick times when nobody works out. Like 5 am.
