Unfortunately at your age, health issues will increase(especially with your current ones). You really should’ve gone to the Doctors. That is worrying.Perhaps the most humane way for you to go is at home(preferably in your sleep). You won’t be discovered for weeks as you live isolated. Better than dying around others eh.
You really need to lose weight, that will help with the snoring. I assume you don’t want to depart just yet?

Yeah, yeah, I should’ve done that, I should really do this, I really need to do…………….. Why? ………..so I can live to be old and crippled and spend a lot of time at a hospital?

No, I don’t want to die just yet, but it’d be better than existing and not being able to walk or take care of myself. That isn’t living. We all die eventually and as the saying goes, it’s better to burn out, than fade away.

The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.

When I am lying on my broken bed with an ale in hand, I like to envisage a rotund specimen 4000miles away splashing a few tonsils with his micro-penis. When said deed is done, the heart will no longer beat.
Yeah, a most noble way to depart from this capricious realm I’m sure you’ll agree.

You ever watched Nina Hartley gobbling? Quite mesmerizing.
Look, have to go now. Keep yourself vertical.
Keep your eyes peeled for the next poem, “Firing Blanks”(about infertility)
