You would think that women would CELEBRATE a woman’s promotion into a top management position in a corporation (since they constantly whine about the lack of EQUALITY and the PAY GAP between themselves and men). In my mind, it would make logical sense for them to have solidarity in order to “break the glass ceiling” and rise to the top executive positions that are mostly filled with men. But “logical sense” seems to be the missing ingredient in this scenario.

I’ve had female employees. A couple were exceptional. But they all brought drama and personal issues that they just presumed i would manage for them. “Oh you’re bipolar? Why are you bringing this to me? And why is this the reason you failed in your duties?”

My mother just retired from a 30 year career at a small bank. One of her few complaints was the caty behavior of the women she worked with. Even after her retirement, she carries on about how mean and hateful the other women were towards her. C~~~s can’t stand c~~~s, it’s funny.

A female coworker once told me that she sizes up other women at the job and elsewhere. She referred to them as “the competition.” The implication was that it went far beyond job status. It was who has the better clothes, looks, etc. etc. I was like wtf? Geez, thank goodness I’m a man!

This is a common thing among working woman. You can have one, but more than that and they morph the work place in to a soap opera.
