Women are masters of Deception. But men are masters of a good time. Take your pick.

Roddy ROddy Piper is a local of Oregon. He was one hell of a cool guy! He died in 2015. Sucks.

The movie is DAMN good! It really goes into the turmoil that was the 80’s.

They Live in one of the earliest modern red pill film. Some detective pulp films of the 1940’s were very red pilled. Though, I believe for modern films, the earliest red pill film is the 1970’s Zardoz. (The dangers and tyranny of the feminist hive mind governing by consensus.)

Of all the red pill lessons in They Live, one lesson that is overlooked but still important is the fight scene between Nada and Frank, with Nada trying to get Frank to wear the “glasses”. This shows how hard it is to red pill even one blue pill person.

    What a great reference!
If you guys haven’t seen this, it stars Sean Connery.
    Worth the effort….

I wrote a review of Zardoz here, with a complete breakdown of the good, the bad, and the red pill of the film.

The most red-pilled, anti-feminist movie I have ever seen, Zardoz (1974).

I thought Zardoz was embarrassingly bad.

What was Connery thinking, taking a part in this cheesy quick-thrill-for-teenage-boys-jiggling bits rubbish?

The film is. That being said, the film presents a lot of really good red pills in interesting ways. The film was way ahead of its time.

Zardoz is a B Movie, but a very interesting B Movie.

Zardoz is one of those film the viewer has to pay attention to enjoy. Half listening to the film will leave the viewer confused.

What was Connery thinking, taking a part in this cheesy quick-thrill-for-teenage-boys-jiggling bits rubbish?

He likely wanted to make a quick buck and separate himself from the James Bond franchise to prevent risk of being type cast as James Bond which would hurt his overall career.

Also, rumors about making of that movie states that the film’s production was not a good experience for him.

Different times. The film was likely considered a masterpiece in 1974. Even the original ‘Star Wars’ looks like crap by today’s standards…

Actually, the special effects and most of the film of Star Wars A New Hope has actually aged well.

The only thing that has not aged well was the Vader-Obiwan fight, compared to all other Sith-Jedi fights of the Star Wars franchise.

Fortunately, while Star Wars fans hate the current owners of the franchise, the fans still love the franchise as a whole and some of the fans fixed this issue:
