They Have Learned Nothing

Today I was kerbed by a 9 year business associate of mine for merely stating that the progressive strategy for winning the White House has failed and maybe it’s time to try something different.

This was in the context of a recent article that stated automated Twitter accounts that encouraged people to be respectful with the tone and content of their speech worked better when the bot appeared to be a white male as opposed to a woman or person of color.

My point was that shaming language, whether from a bot or a human and regardless of the apparent race, gender or whatever of the bot, is ineffective in changing behavior but only drives socially unacceptable ideas underground where they pop up unexpectedly and stronger than you could imagine (e.g. the recent Trump victory or Obi Wan Kenobi).

I followed up by stating that hurtful actions should be called out, charged with crimes and tried in the courts but that words and ideas which hurt feelings are, we’re taught as children, not the same as sticks and stones.

My point was that if progressives had simply ignored Donald Trump and focused on the (supposed) benefits of a Clinton presidency, Clinton would have probably won but that by focusing on trying to shame people for their unpopular ideas (social justicing) the progressive left handed the presidency to Trump.

Anger, vitriol, baseless accusations and, ultimately, being dismissed from the conversation were the result.

This, my brothers, is all the evidence I personally need to know that the progressive left will not learn ANYTHING from this election cycle and will just double down on their fascist attempts to control thought and expression… leading to eight years of Trump and… who knows… maybe a Gavin McInnis presidency in 2024?!

Politics and religion are topics that are bound to cause problems. Unfortunately, many “open minded” individuals can’t RESPECT the opinion’s of others.

You’ve just described the Natural Law of Liberty. It’s a design law and is completely testable with predictable outcomes. For those who are skeptical, experiment.

The left didn’t learn s~~~. You can’t just sit there and throw accusations and call people names and expect that to work. They didn’t give people a reason to vote for Hillary, they instead gave plenty of reasons NOT to vote Trump. Trump convinced people to vote for him.

The left doesn’t want to have an open conversation on the topic, because if they did they’d get destroyed because their arguments are completely s~~~ and easily refuted with facts and common sense. So instead they throw names, and shame ect. Calling people “deplorable” for having a different opinion than you doesn’t really convince people. Calling someone a name doesn’t detract from someone’s argument.

That’s not a counter argument, you’re stating something that the voter KNOWS isn’t true. And they they leave it at that and feel all smug because they believe they’re some intellectual powerhouse for repeating the words of other people. It’s kind of like this…

“I’m going to buy a small, economy sized car rather than a gas guzzler because I have no need of all the horsepower and I have a long commute to work. I will save money in the long run.”

That didn’t contribute s~~~ to the talk, it’s just making a declarative statement and expecting it to hold the weight of something relevant. It has no impact on the conversation.

In short… They haven’t learned s~~~, they’ll stick to their own play book, even knowing that it doesn’t work, because these people are a bunch of brain dead zombies unable to think for themselves.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

Exactly. They can only throw out so many insults before they’ve insulted enough people into voting against them that they won’t be able to win. All I have noticed since Clinton lost is they have doubled down on the name calling and false accusations.

How many stupid articles about “racism” have you seen in the last week? Notice…they are all anonymous and being reported by blacks. Why is that? Because that overwhelming majority of them are hoaxes that get media coverage. They’ve already called out quite a few as bulls~~~…like some dumbass at a college that sent a racist email to all the blacks…turned out it was a black student with a fake account. They caught a reporter making up stories about her friends sister that got stabbed on a bus for no reason by a Trump supporter…only there were no witnesses, no stab victim, and no police report. My favorite though is the skinhead Trump supporter who vandalized a NYC park dedicated to a Jewish guy…problem is though I’ve never met a skinhead too stupid to draw a couple swastikas, and Trump is very pro-Israel and his own daughter is Jewish lol.

I can’t imagine there isn’t surveillance footage kicking around somewhere of whoever did this…either red handed or just walking around nearby streets as they obviously know an approximate time it happened. If there is the liberals in charge of NYC will never let it see the light of day because I guarantee its not the white supremacist they think it is…

Meanwhile things happen like old white guys get jumped by a group of blacks in the middle of the road in broad daylight screaming “Get him! He voted Trump!” and there is no talk of a hate crime…go figure.
