With respect: The fact that the US was founded by Christians over 200 years ago and has a Christian identity and or is partnered with Israel in achieving its political/ military objectives in the Middle East has nothing to do with any Christian or Jewish religion. These are sovereign states that exercise their power without any religious leader explicitly ordering them to carry out military action in that region. No Jewish Rabbi has secular authority over the Israeli Knesset, nor does any Protestant/ Christian minister have any secular authority over Congress’ ability to declare war. Therefore any military action/ meddling by either of these two countries lies within the authority of the governing bodies which has the authority to prosecute war by these two countries. (i.e. their own secular governments)

I do realize this fact. You must also realize that the religious authorities of both Judaism as well as the various sects of Christianity always were against invading sovereign states for war profiteering. The point I am trying to make to you, Sir, is that even if you abolished all religions off the face of this planet, you would still have people who will wield the sword and use it to kill others and steal their wealth / resources. Now, I am not saying that Christians or Jews are doing a good job at following the tenets of their religion. Perhaps on an individual case by case basis there are people who do this, but on a macroscopic level, as a whole we’re doing a p~~~ poor job of living the Gospel Truth or God’s Laws as it is so plainly written. For example, did you know that Usury (lending money with interest) is expressly forbidden in Judaism? Yet what do our national banks practice?? Who are these banks run by?? I would had probably had the same reaction three years ago when I was still an atheist. And I have to admit it that it would probably seem compelling for me to subscribe to something like that. I would had never gotten the reaction that I have now. This just reinforced my faith big time. I can now feel evil coming from it. It’s hard to explain.

Hey Red, without getting into specifics, I understand and agree with most of that.

I also understand that there are some Jews that are against Zionism as well, and many of them are also deeply religious. All I was saying it that it is easier for governments to push men to war when they have different, or historically in this case, opposing religions, that’s about it.
