All anyone has to do is ask any feminist one simple question. If there is such a thing as a wage gap against women why is the work force not all women? Companies only care about the bottom line you can see this take place all over the world with big corporations moving to countries like China and Mexico where the wages there are low and very few to no unions. Yet these same corporations still employ men as much as women.

They can never understand that on average men work longer hours, are able to handle stress better and do not take much time off as compared to their female counterparts. Men are reliable and dependable while women are more concerned about socializing during work and not doing their jobs and having men clean up the mess they make on the stuff that they do end up doing. Now not all women are like this but the majority are but they will never admit to this. So keep shouting about the wage gap most sane educated people understand it does not exist.

The problem I have with the pay gap talk is they try to make it out to be discrimination. It’s not. It’s by choice.

Trying to change the pay gap isn’t about equality. It’s about social engineering. We supposedly life in a free country. I didn’t HAVE to be a TaxGuy, I could have picked from 100 other career paths. I happened to pick one that both provides security (death and taxes) and pays well. It may not be the most exciting job in the world but it provides me with security and pays well. I used to be a firefighter. I could have picked that as a profession. It would have paid less. So I made a conscience decision to pick a different path.

I got a more pressing question – if there is such a thing as a wage gap, why does it exist in companies that are run by women?

They found out about a year ago that men were still earning higher salaries in businesses that had female administrators and managers. What does that tell you? If the higher salaries were happening because of favouritism, that wouldn’t be. It was happening because it was not because of favouritism, just like it never is anywhere else. It was happening because of the usual reasons – because men work longer hours, rack up more overtime, and take fewer holidays.

Agreed, but the answer would be because men are more about hiring other men then profits. And you cannot refute that because you cannot measure ‘desire’ like that. To them, it’s emotional, not measure.
