I was thinking about the laws and how it sees and sets the value of a housewife equal to that of a man and whatever his earnings are.

For instance, prior to this modern opinion the man owned everything including the children. The wife was there to exchange free room&board for her cleaning, cooking, and daycare services.

She could leave but with nothing in her possession, not the children, not the future earnings of the man, just her s~~~ (most of it from the bathroom) then off to the next hypergamous monkey branch light as a feather.

Which brings me to my point.

The legal system ignores the man’s work around the household atop the 40+ hours at his job. He’s the one spending every spare minute of his time making the home comfortable and livable, mowing the grass so it doesn’t grow into an insect laden jungle full of viruses and diseases from ticks and mosquitoes, he cleans the gutters and other beds for the larva to incubate, he powerwashes the house, washes and maintains the cars. He remodels and maintains the home from all the interior and exterior wear and tear, and does all this on the only spare time he has.

The laws and the Courts have turned the TRADCON ways into nothing but a looted slavery from the man, meaning he slaves on everything including work then has it all swindled away by a LAW BOOK THUMPING WOMAN!

What value if any do you see in a modern woman that’s worth a single smigon more than yesterday’s room&board t~~~?

Hard to say these days. Courts used to have alienation of affection as a reason for divorce. (Ohio had it years ago) Now most states have No contest reasons. Doesn’t matter why you are divorcing, just that you are. So many people cheating it clogged up the system. More streamlined. Conveyor belt divorces. Quicker, faster, and more efficient. It’s set up in the woman’s favor. A lot of women do not have the drive men have to succeed (making money) They are ok with the “status quo” so to speak. Make enough money with a menial job making craptastic money knowing a big fish will jump on their hook soon enough. Part of the game. More and more men (MGTOW) aren’t playing the game anymore. Sadly, not enough education is put out to men on the dangers of losing all your s~~~ in a divorce to put a stop to it. How many men do you guys know that are on their 3rd, 4th marriage? Ugh. Ha. Thanks. Easy topic here. It is actually quite worse in the end comparing what the “social deal” for men used to be to what it currently is. It may have always cost an average man everything he ever has and is, but now you pay the same to share it with whomever she pleases at any time and society as a whole can see no offence in this. And you keep on paying while she keeps playing. And you pay for kids that were never yours, with a good chance they are not even related to you. Well, maybe you are an uncle to them. Everything is worth what it’s purchaser will pay for it. In other words men set the price and it is falling like a rock as the value (or lack thereof) of the underlying “asset” becomes ever more obvious.

it’s because the lawyers that go into practice family law are woman, the majority of which are feminists (with an axe to grind about an invented concept called Patriarcy – which most of them get brain washed by at University). The male lawyers get upper seconds and firsts and go into commercial and business type law or into business itself. They work hard and make companies succeed, so they get promoted and end up at the top earning a lot more than family lawyers in girls court

women have devalued themselves to the point of no interest for men. it’s cheaper for a man to employ a cleaner and housekeeper on minimum wage than get married. it’s cheaper for a man to buy a fleshlight than chase and date women.

it’s supply and demand. women thought they had a monopoly on sex. when there’s a monopoly quality always slips as there is no incentive to offer a better product or service. which is exactly what we see with women’s s~~~ty attitudes today. what always happens eventually with monopolies though is that innovation wipes out the monopoly. fleshlight and porn and the standard of modern women have made them a bad bargain, women have lost the competitive advantage of monopolising sex and they will never get it back

now they face a choice:

1) raise what they have to offer and compete; or
2) go extinct

based on herbibore in Japan there’s no signs of women being prepared to go for option 1. Give them a few decades of extinction and the only ones left may eventually figure it out

I do all my own housework and cooking, the whole enchilada! Throw such a liability as a modern woman into the mix? For what? Loose everything and become homeless after being sued for being a man? My problem early in life was I had an ASSUMED VALUE of women. I had expectations of any woman I would date or marry.

These quickly proved to be impossible to enforce. The man no longer has authority in his own home. Signing the marriage contract is the equivalent of signing surrender papers.

What exactly IS “commensurate compensation”? As an employee or a business owner, when I provide a service, I expect to be compensated to a degree that is COMMENSURATE with the value of that service.

In an exchange of sex for resources, is that commensurate? Does the sex she rations out relieve all of the stresses and pressures of a man’s 70 work week? Why is her sex commensurate but not adequate “payment” for HER?

I don’t think its possible to calculate the value of a woman. That’s an old arguement to make you agree that a housewife or low earner should be paid a minimum wage or allowance and justfying a lifetime of pension payments. Its like cutting one end off a blanket and sewing it on the other end to make a longer blanket.

I found some statistics. In Canada, the average familiy income is $76,600 with the average individual income less than $27,000.
The poverty line is about $33,000. A child support payment is over $1250 a month.

In a simple divorce, the woman gets around 40% of the family income $30,000 leaving the man with $46,000 and all the debt.

in a divorce with children, 60% goes to the ex and kids leaving the man with $30,000 which is below the poverty line.

The bottom line is that poor people really can’t afford to marry or have kids to begin with let alone splitting income. The payments are designed to keep the woman and kids above the povery line with no regard to the man.

Take a look at your own income. Can you afford to hook up with a single mom with kids? Are you rich enough to keep a spoiled princess as a house pet?
