There has been a reversal of the Title IX Dear Collegue letter that caused the creation of Kangaroo courts on college compuses more concerned with increasing cases of sexual assault than seeking justice for both the accused and the accuser. These women’s studies professors or the lesser women’s studies like english, psychology and sociology…all feminism’s handmaindens, created a system made to make the inquisition seem like a failed experiment. A Franz Kafka novel brought to life.

Now, with Trump and his Secretary of Education, Betsy Devos we have a serious victory for men and boy’s. Together with the Kavanaugh victory, the tide is turning.

It is hard not to thank Trump for this. I’m a libertarian but could only imagine what would have happened to men under Hitlary.

And, for the first time, the administration explicitly says that just as an institution’s treatment of a complainant could constitute sex discrimination, so would the treatment of the accused. The regulations require that schools approach all investigations under the presumption that the accused is innocent until proved guilty.

This is a summary. The actual law will come out soon. And it will be a law, not some dumb “Dear Collegue Letter”. It will have time for public commentary and that is the difference. Hearing both sides.

According to the NYT article they say that neither the accused or the accuser is to be questioned due to the sensitive nature of the potential traumatic testimony.

These policy changes are not perfect but they are significant and carry the weight of law so the colleges must follow the rules.

Feminists can go pound sand.

If I was on a college campus and someone stole my car, I’d go straight to the police. I wouldn’t tell the college administrators and be happy with them dealing with it. Likewise, if you were legitimately raped, why wouldn’t you go to the police? Wouldn’t you want the f~~~er to do some hard time in jail?

That alone made me think from the first time I heard about title IX that a vast majority of men getting f~~~ed over were innocent and this was just an easy way for women to hamster wheel away next day regrets or to try to save face to not look like the slut they are.

They overplayed the hand dealt. Now all of this stuff is falling apart. Even the police have in a rush to judgement. Weinstein is human manure, but even his cases are falling apart.
