the site goes extremely slow or it’s just me?

I’ve noticed this behavior since 3 or 4 days now, and yesterday I saw you were doing some maintenance so I thought it would be fixed automatically but the site still is going too slow for me, I need to wait like 15 or 20 seconds for every clic I do, if I go to my profile, tho the forums section, to the next page of the latest topics, anything. and is not a problem of my internet connection

I mean my internet speed it’s pretty high, youtube videos load on 1080p automatically and I can watch 2 or 3 at the same time no problems, and all the sites I visit are ok, it only happens with this site.

,I am not sure what is going on right now but mgtow.com is often under attack from people who simply don’t seem to like our opinions. Also for me opening a page on this site takes only about 10 seconds both from a internet connection similar as yours as well as a 100mb/s line.

I don’t really mind as the forum is filled to the brim with interesting information and it’s absolutely awesome to be part of a unique community that share the same (controversial and suppressed) viewpoints,

MGTOW is one of the greatest sites I have ever seen, but also one of the slowest on many occasions.

Perhaps its the trans-atlantic line? Or the database server is just slow and needs extra capacity because of the many requests when building the last topics page.

Seems considerably faster now than usual. Nice work!
There are so many things that can make a site run slow. Often it’s due to server sharing, though I don’t know what kind of a server plan the site is on. Seems to be GoDaddy, and I know they have some different tiers, but it gets costly.
It’s easy to forget that this is a free site with members checking in from all over hell, and is actually pretty amazing when placed in a historical context. I plan to appreciate it and not bitch.
