Yep, Still waitin’ on the “Cliff Notes” version to hit the bargain bin at Wall-Mart.

Am already living the dream so don’t feel I need anyone else’s advice just now.

You saw it on amazon, I felt it in the 7th grade! Steadily it perpetuated itself to the horror show we see today!

I woke up from that world and now live in mine!

    Old news around these parts.

When Ms. Jaye mistakenly admitted out loud that the MRA community had some legitimate complaints, her funding got cut by feminists in a New York second. They were paying for a hit piece and they’d be damned if some little bitch was going to show some independent thought on the matter.

Needing money to both finish the film and enter it into various competitions where it could be picked up for distribution, Ms. Jaye started working the MRA/MGTOW circuit beating her tambourine for whatever donations she could scrape up. She got the money she needed, finished the film, and even got lots of free publicity when various feminists groups and individual feminists worldwide had meltdowns over the film – meltdowns without having even seen the film.

Australia, being the abject cowards they’ve become, actually tried to officially ban the film. When that didn’t work, various groups there successfully pressured theaters not to show it. I’m sure the men buried along the Kokoda Track were doing 100 rpm in their graves watching how their nation had become a land of pansies.

The film is okay. You’ll notice it’s told from a woman’s perspective. There’s no objectivity, everything being discussed is done so in relation to how it effects women, and that is only to be expected when the film maker has a c~~~.

Anyway, Ms. Jaye made a film about all the issues men currently face in society and about how the courts are biased against men. She then went right out and got engaged thus putting one more man in the gynocentric crosshairs.

Apparently, she learned nothing at all.

I guess I’m surprised to see anything in mainstream media that approaches a reasonable exploration of Men’s issues.

I agree with much of what I saw in the film, but as far the MRA, they have an cause to fight, I don’t. I’m not going to join a march or attend a rally. I just don’t give a f~~~, I know how to protect myself. Let it burn I say.

I have seen it. It is basically what Old Bill says it is.

The feminazi meltdown and begging for money to complete it was a contributing factor to finding my way here.

Milo, while still at Breitbart did an article about it.

The fact that an obscure documentary about the problems men face can cause so much drama and cause so many snowflakes to melt is an eye opener.

If the stupid c~~~s would have just ignored the film chances are not many people would know about or watch it.

For me the film was, meh. The s~~~ storm it created was educational.

Very well put. The feminist s~~~storm surrounding the film was far more eye opening than the film itself.

No government is going to change its policies because of this film. The Titanic is going down anyone with an ounce of foresight sees the end of Western Society as we know it.

We’re past the point of society ever getting ‘fixed’. We realize (from discussions on earlier threads) that the film doesn’t tell us anything that we don’t already know.

I guess the best thing we can say is that it gives MGTOW some sort of validation…

I was already anti-feminist by the time I saw it, so it only reaffirmed a lot of things for me, but it did introduce me to Paul Elam. Great as he is, I can’t take any of his advice on dating seriously, and so through him I learned about Terrence Popp and eventually TFM who made far more sense, finally reaching this place. Guess I should be somewhat thankful.

It’s hard for me to judge some of these seemingly red pilled women, if that’s even possible…those such as Karen Straughan seem fairly level headed and educated, but at the same time I can see why others are thought to be simply using the ideology for their own benefit.

Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. That movie is what brought me here. It was ok, but it just reinforced what I already knew. This site just opened my eyes that I wasn’t the only man that got screwed by the family “justice” system and the fact that I don’t want to put my b~~~~ in the same vise again is normal.

Like a bird on the wire, like a drunk midnight choir, I have tried in my way to be free.

If anyone cannot see the horror show that is our society is either part of the show or so deeply entrenched in the Blue Pill matrix they are in a hypnotized deluded state. I don’t need anymore Red Pills to wake up. I am awake.
Very good post & thread. Lots of good perspectives. Thank you.

I thought it was a great movie, but it’s quite possible that all the crap produced in America these days has lowered my standards. In any event, with the focus on MRAs and the perspective being that of a woman, it’s certainly lacking, but it may be helpful to purple pills who just need a little push.

Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.
