Both. I’ve done basic experiment with inducing frequencies into the brain. The easiest set up is with audio waves. Put a Sine wave of one frequency in the left ear and another in the right ear. Take the difference and the sum as your beats. You can induce Alpha, to Delta brain wave carriers. The brain naturally will try to synchronize with the Carrier you induce into it. Of course, you can do Electromagnetic Waves as well like “Voice to Skull” technology uses.

That is awesome. Once the brain synchronizes to the beats (input) that its receiving, communication is now one way? I could ask questions all day until but I wont.
