The West has been in a decline since WWI. It declined further after WWII, and really accelerated in the late 1960’s.

I don’t consider what we have now to be “Western civilization” anymore than the Ottoman Empire was the Byzantine Empire. It is a successor culture, coming AFTER what once was.

Freedom of speech, freedom of thought, science, logic, reason, due process, etc, all going down the s~~~ter.

That is already effectively law. A woman who claims rape does not need to prove that she was raped in anyway. She is supposed to be believe on her word alone, even when she’s been proven to be an unreliable witness. The man has to unequivocally that he is innocent.

As far as recording the innocent and providing to the government, women would consider this a violation of their rights…even if proves they lied.

My philosophy on law, is that when you can’t get legal recourse through due process, you need to seek illegal recourse, and exact a price from both the aggressors and the corrupt legal system.

If people don’t like the results of this, then they need to provide due process.

If the social contract is broken, why pretend like it isn’t?

This is not going to cut it because its only a subset of what they legally want.

The law they need to pass is simply, “In any circumstance, a woman will always get what she wants and be considered legally right and morally right.”

Everything gynosociety does, and every law the gynocourts pass, are done with this exact premise in mind.

Might as well be 100% honest and clear about what they are wanting, and end the machinations to get it piecemeal through small, subset types of laws. We all see what they are doing. They never want anything bad to happen to them even when their own actions cause it. All the benefits and rewards, none of the responsibility or negative consequences. Perpetual genius, hero, dependent and victim all at the same time.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

I was trying to apply feminist logic, such as it is.

When I was in the Navy the standard set for rape was just three words:

Penetration however slight.

That was in the early eighties..

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities.
