Every day I am subject to the bullls~~~ that accompanies being subordinate to a woman and her kindreds. I look around at the management at the Fortune 500 company I’ve been with for 11 years and in place of the men who worked their way up by their ingenuity and sweat, as I did, are now entitled princess snowflake c~~~s who mostly got where they were because they were young and had hot t~~~.
I’m a few years from retirement so I stick it out, mostly for the pension. Even worse are the Manginas who promoted these t~~~s. Well, back to work Gents!

Please don’t tell this is a job you take home with you after hours? That would make things way worse having no escape whatsoever.

Usually no. A few hours on the weekend – but I put it aside when I drive away at the end of the day.

I saw this 20 years ago, some of the women were appalling at their jobs.

Had more time off sick, every time.

Am now back under leadership of a woman on at least one project… she has the senior executives fooled, and they decided to push my effort ahead, I needed her leadership to navigate the complicated processes she designed… and she is unable to navigate them herself.

It is entertaining… but I’m holding course and do exactly what I’m told, so that I can watch the project fail.

No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.

Same problem at my work place. Women dont pull their weight. Calling in sick CONSTANTLY! And the manager (who is a man) is well aware of their fake sick leave to take extra days off. But he cant do anything. Here in the UK all a female needs to do is scream gender discrimination and the man will get fired. Its also very easy to get doctors notes saying you are sick when you are fine. Because the doctors are afraid of saying no. Because they can get taken to court if anything happens. One particular female i work with was telling me how she complained about an old work colleague who she has ‘sexually harassed her’. And she has the audacity to come and put both her hands on my shoulders one day when i was working at the computer. Totally inappropriate and she is married too. I was very close to filing my own harassment charge against her. Maybe i should have done it. But this was some time ago when i was slightly blue pill.

I am not excited to join the corporate world. At all. For this very reason.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

Think twice. I didn’t. The career didn’t turn out like the brochure said it would so to speak. I was surrounded by women, two under me as my secretary and clerk. Useless best described those two who were supposed to make my life easier, but instead made it a hell making me take my work home with me and coming in on weekends. I burnt out eventually from my work load plus theirs because they were as lazy as they were incompetent and ineffectual. Now I am moving closer to doing it on my own. The dream of being independent from the master slave relationship called employment, free from the bulls~~~ of female (no) support staff and being independent and supporting myself… I will get there and I think every man dreams of this also.

I’m pretty lucky, at my workplace, all the big bosses except for 1 is men. And the 1 female boss is actually pretty good.

I think workplaces generally run smoother with men in charge. Part if it is because men instinctively understands chains of command and authority. If my boss tells me to do something, and I don’t think it’s the best way, I’ll let him know. But in the end, it is his decision, because he’s the boss, and I will execute to the best of my ability. The responsibility for the decision is his.

Women, because almost all of them were raised entitled and spoiled, don’t respect the chain of command, therefore treat workplaces as a bloody tampon democracy, so everything goes to s~~~ because nothing gets decided on, and no one is responsible for anything, everyone backstabbing and s~~~ting on each other’s plans if they don’t like it. They largely aren’t capable of thinking critically and thinking independently. That is why almost all achievements, and success inside and outside of the workplace were initiated by men.

"He didn't marry until now, so he won't ever do it. Think about it, why would a man like him ever marry? It's too late to catch him. " ~some cunt
