The Midterm Elections may not end Nov 6 (Beware the Lawsuit Wave)

People talk about the possible Blue Wave, or Red Wave coming for the Midterm Elections. Current voter figures for the elections show a likely tie with a few gains and losses from both sides.

The barnstorming campaign of rallies by President Trump and Vice President Pence, for the last three months, will see the republicans either have victory or a draw. The midterms will not be a political rout for the republics.

The problem is the democrats and the anti-American media will not accept this.

The 2016 election results mentally broke the democrats and media. Due to them losing the 2016 election, these people have worked themselves up into a pathological rage in which they seek to completely destroy President Trump and his supporters.

If the elections do not show the results which the democrats what they want, they will turn to the courts to over turn the elections.

THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE!! After the 2016 election results were in the democrats used the green party candidate as a proxy to use the courts for recounts in three key states in the hopes of overturning the election results. This did not work, but if the democrats try this once, they will do so again.

It is likely after after November 6th, the democrats will launch hundred of lawsuits seek to turn over governor, congressional, and senatorial races which the republicans won, with claims the democrats were cheated out of their votes.

The democrats will launch these lawsuits for a number of reasons.

The democrats have reached the point of openly seeking power for the sake of having power.

The democrats hate President Trump and his supporters so much that in their minds they will justify that any actions taken to remove the republicans from power are needed.

The democrats will launch these lawsuits to give cover for their openly known vote rigging.

The democrats are already laying the ground work in a number of states to claim voter disfranchisement.

Also, the federal supreme court can not handle overturning hundreds of lawsuits like this. This may break the courts system. Also, democrats can at the very least use this to drag out the election for six months to a years, destroying time President Trump could push his Make American Great Again agenda.

In addition, these lawsuits will further erode what little is left of the integrity of the election system in the nation. Election mean nothing if an unelected person can overturn an election on a whim, with the only evidence being based on lies.

Add to this a hostile media/social media whom are censoring tens of millions of Americans, whom all but openly call for violence against specific groups of Americans, and whom blame those same groups of American they vilify for violence taken against them and others, this is a recipe for a revolt.

If these lawsuits happen, I am not sure how things play out. There are to many events in motion to figure this out. Though, it is likely such lawsuits will lead this nation closer to dictatorship.

However, if the reps gain, it will not be called “a mandate against dems.”
It will be blamed due to “rigging” or “gerrymandering” or “voter suppression.”

I agree…if a dem loses, expect demands for recounts and investigations.

Of course not. The 2016 elections haven’t even ended yet for democrats. That’s what the Mueller probe and the desperation to find anything they could twist into an impeachable offense is about. It will never end for them until they regain the presidency.

I don’t know how this leads to a dictatorship. What I do know is that we are becoming less and less of a constitutional republic and more of a strange oligarchy of sorts. How we vote is less and less important as few politicians actually intend to represent the people who voted them, but instead seek power and alliances to gain more power and influence. The principles of our government are eroding by the day. It’s not hard to see a time where free speech against the current ruling oligarchy is a crime. It’s already at a point where mobs can attack you for your speech with no fear of punishment.

As an example, what do we think would happen in 2020 if Trump wins the election, but again does not win the popular vote? What if the democrats manage to control both houses. It’s not hard to imagine mobs of violent masses demand that Trump and Pence both be impeached, as a matter of righting this wrong so that the rightful side winds the election. The need for high crimes and misdemeanors will be irrelevant, and just a matter of procedure.

The other reason that this year’s vote is so important is because the governors who win this election will be in charge of the voting districts for the next 10 years. This is the election cycle where the census information redraws district lines. And the governor of your state will have the ability to gerrymander the district lines for a decade.
