I wanted to share this video on this forum because it resonates with me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1h1t786_GM

I found this video linked in the “Video” section on the MGTOW webpage. What bothers me is how I yearn for this type of work environment. Where men are working on a project, together, without politics, without drama; just the shared vision of a unique goal.

My own yearning may stem from my childhood, where as boys we would go exploring together and build projects in the yard. My brothers, friends and I would do this without any female motivations. There was no concern relating to the time or cost, we all worked together on something that interested us. It wasn’t because we needed more money to buy a bigger house, or money to rent a nicer car = we created because we enjoyed our company and the generation of ideas.

That’s what our society is missing – the environment where men are allowed to share ideas without reproach, dismissal or envy. The undercutting of most men’s ideas are due to the envy that is spawned from other men who work on a hidden agenda propogated by their female counterparts, i.e. their wives or girlfriends; in the pursuit of material wealth, instead of a grander goal.

And even thought I never have gotten to experience this – I miss the masculinity that is absent from our world today. That creative energy, that spark between friends creating.

Thank you for reading and I wish you all the best.

    So well put, HRearden.

I work in a mostly male environment, and I can tell you that when we all get together to work on a project… nothing takes priority but the project itself. It is a very amazing feeling to be a part of and is part of why I love my job.

No one is trying to steal credit. No one is trying to discourage others. No one is trying to skip out of doing real work. No one is hiding an agenda. It’s just men collectively working on a project in the most efficient way we can.

You’re damn right the world needs more of this!

Love this post! Keep ’em coming!

I’m a Database Administrator. I mainly work with my IT brothers, but lately we’ve been on some bigger projects involving multiple departments.

Well, I work in a 100% male environment and there are plenty of male c~~~s who ruin this fantasy.

With all the drama, soap opera and assorted bulls~~~ you’d think you were in a all girls middle school.

I cannot stand men acting like women. I blame them less than women though, they just didnt have solid male role models in the home and throughout school, as women and gynosociety have driven them out of schools and homes for 50+ years.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

That’s a damn shame. Not all men are equal.

@The Black Scorpion – yes that’s an element I think is present due to our current society, where men are distracted with reality TV, Netflix and other delusional mediums. What then happens is that they introduce poor behavorial habits into the workplace.

My point is that there is an element missing from the “work” place – that the workplace isn’t structured or centered around a shared interest. I drew my melancholy from childhood, in being boys, where you may have had friends where you built a fort together in the backyard, or legos or some constructive project. This is where there was no influence by societal expectations.

I’ve worked in female centric offices for long enough. My next venture is a male only environment where we can talk s~~~ in safety, enjoy each other’s company and work together to build something good.

F~~~ women, that’s all they good for.

I work in an all male environment. Sadly, the only Manginas are in management and they ruin it for everybody. A mangina is even worse than a woman, in my opinion.

I’m working in robotics and automation, but I used to work in Greenhouses for many years, so I’m interested in Vertical Farming as well. I may be giving that a try in a few years.

These men are used to being shamed, they have been shamed their whole lives. They believe that acting the way they do gives them strength, gives them approval, gives them a sense of being. They have been shamed by women or weak men into this delusion.

You have the strength of knowing, the strength of seeing what they can not, the strength of being right and just. Lead them! One boy at a time, one situation at a time, one moment at a time. Choose wisely and look them in the eye and shame them for acting like a girl! Shame them for being a bitch! Shame them for gossiping like a grandmother!

Keep that eye contact until they reveal the little girl that deep down they know they are. Keep looking them square in the eye until they look away in shame! Say what you must, make it short, and then say nothing more. Let your presence shame them. Show them who the real man is and then lead them!

They are your brothers! They have just lost there way! Would you leave your brother in the wilderness to starve? Would you leave him in sadness and depression? Would you leave your brother to the bully? NO! No, you would not! So don’t!

You lead by example! Be the man you’d admire! Be the man you’d look up to! Be the man you wish had been there for you!

@wizard‘s Pupil thank you for your comment – and yes, there’s a degree that men in management have positioned themselves there by taking part in the same behaviors to condon a more female-oriented work environment. Also, I would be interested in hearing about your experience and what you’re working on. I’m going to message you – thanks!
