Loneliness for MGTOW is strength of character.

Don’t shy away from embracing the solitude. It presents itself as a gnawing lack of positive moments- these are withdrawals.

In time what feels like loneliness will help you accept and eventually love yourself.

There is no excuse to feal lonely . Even if you are unable to do sports there are gatherings of men in hobbies . Or buy a pet or just get out in nature .

Close to me there are a big group of old blokes that meet once a month or more sailing rc sailing boats . They make a good day of it with bbq and all .

I myself like been alone these days .
