It’s difficult to maintain any form of virginity today. You literally have to intentionally try to keep it, even if it is at the subconscious level. Even for the “physical virgins” the large scale production of pornography and its easy access still has some defiling affects psychologically.

I am not sure how many real virgins there are in the western world. And if there are any the first thing I would say to them is: “Find a way to get the f~~~ out of this culture.”
