Hello brothers I have been on this earth for 3 decades now and I have noticed an alarming trend. Back in the early 90’s and as much as I can remember of the 80’s women were slim trim and looking good, but now a days they have beached themselves on massive mounds of fat and decay. Even women I have known for a long time have gotten chubby and fat. What is up with this? I was at friend’s birthday party of about 30 people (mostly women) and 15 of the women there were land whales with 2 Jabba the Huts. It was disgusting to look at these bitches waddle around and shove deep fried food in their face, I lost my appetite. On the way home I had to give a ride to the the Jabbas and only literally 1 could fit in the back of my large car she was so fat. I felt bad for the fit girl sitting beside her in the back. F~~~ing disgusting!

Now I get it there are medical problems blah blah blah but really in all honesty most people have excuses. Yes I was overweight but I shed that s~~~ by grinding the gym and eating right, and I am sorry to the brothers who are fat here but what’s your excuse?

Excuse: I love beer and bratwurst more than I like looking at myself in the mirror.

We need a bio engineered fat eating bug like the mutated Deep Horizon oil eating bugs from the labs of BP. There’s more fat than oil, that’s for sure!

C~~~s are those who give excuses, men when they were fat they just accept it, they try to control it when they can, or they just don’t care. But men accept and understand the facts regarding to this situation, they don’t try to fantasise that bulls~~~ of healthy doesn’t matter the size.

Obesity is spreading fast, people use some lame excuses to justify it and just keep eating. C~~~s usually justify that they eat s~~~ because it’s faster to eat that and they don’t have time.

Too much processed crap, to much junk food, too much s~~~, too much chemicals that nobody knows what they do certainly. Too much bulls~~~ information regarding diets, too much “nutritionists” that don’t have a clue what they are doing. Seriously, there are some bad asses nutritionists who knows more than you will be able to learn in 10 years of studying, and there are those who just change the name on the diet, print it and give it to you.

The problem is the whole situation, the world gone too stupid, too dumb, things that our grand grandparents knew, were lost today, people “need scientific evidence” for anything, they drink soda and eat McDonalds, but bitch that nobody said that eat apple is safe, because he can’t find a scientific study that proves it.

World is going full retarded, MGTOW is another way to say that we are getting away from this s~~~.

I am tall & fat in my mind, so people wont f~~~ with me in public…

Now if I could just get my body to comply., I would be bangin’ on all cylinders.

Even the whale epidemic has shunned me.

Yes, it’s disgusting. Not because people are fat, but because the Far-Left are proclaiming people are beautiful that way.

They aren’t. If you want to increase your SMV, work out, get fit and loose the weight.

I must of gained like over 100 pounds in a span of like a few years, because I thought that today’s school system in high school told me everything there is to know about nutrition. It was just like 2-2.5 years ago though that I found out that that was not the case, and then proceeded to lost about 45 pounds after informing myself of things I did not know about nutrition in general. Also, every few months I might have to change something in increments, because you would see what works and what doesn’t work for instance. The idea is that you should always aim for consistency, because you are going to have to do this for the rest of your life so you might as well have a pleasant experience for the rest of your life in terms of eating what you have to eat. One more thing:

According to this ted talks video, it says that if you lose about 10% or more of your weight, that you would most likely be in like a 250 to 400 calorie deficit to maintain the new weight you would be which is probably one of the reasons why doctors even say that obesity is now considered an epidemic. There are a lot of other things I know about weight loss, but if you are ever morbidly obese, you got a lot of stats against you, because people who usually lose a lot of weight at once usually gain back all the weight and more. I hope you guys have a better understanding of what lots of obese people have to go through, but I myself am getting by, by developing good food eating habits and some exercise, because I am planning on living this way for the rest of my life.

There are several things about this topic to discuss, but what she said is not a lie, but is not a complete truth, there is much more about metabolical adaptation than that simple 12 minutes talk.

Diets fail because people think that they will diet, lose weight and after that “get back and eat normal”. Their normal means tons of s~~~ and kilotons of calories. C~~~s usually do this s~~~, they eat 900kcal taking steroids, tons of stimulants/thermogenics and diuretics, when they got the weight that they want, drop everything and start eating “normal” (sugars, mcdonalds, etc…), there is no metabolism that will endure to this kind of bulls~~~.

The worst case that I’ve saw, the c~~~, height 1,65m, around 80kg, started in the gym, a blue pill friend of mine helped her with her diet, she took some heavy gear, her voice changed from a normal c~~~ voice, to something like a teenager boy voice, in 2 months she got a good progress. Then she vanished. Last time I met her was in the supermarket, she was fat as before, but when she called me I swear that when I listened her voice, I think that was a guy calling me, and guess what business she wanted with me ? Ask my friends number because she wanted a new diet, because the old one “doesn’t work, I get fat again”.

I laughed at this hard, it’s such a true story… it’s not hard to lose weight… it’s hard to maintain that weight loss if your dumb.
