The two Nigerian brothers arrested in connection with the assault on “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett are no longer suspects in the attack. They’re now cooperating with police.
A source close to the investigation confirms to CBS News the brothers told detectives Smollett paid them to participate in the alleged attack on January 29 and that they purchased the rope — which was found around Smollett’s neck — at a nearby hardware store. The source said detectives have evidence to corroborate the sale, something the men’s attorney alluded to Friday night.

In fact, kamala harris and cory booker had been working on an anti lynching bill that was getting no where. Ordinarily at this juncture, I’d say I hope he gets butt-raped in jail, but with him, I’m just not sure…
All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. From my point of view, the big picture here is how trusting people have become of media and how willing people are to lie and twist the truth to their own ends. We’ve becoming so used to telling lies that the phrase “my truth” is common in our culture.
The reason Smollett even considered this hoax is because he knew that the media and masses would believe him without any evidence. Anyone who didn’t would be shamed and shunned. he knew this because he’s gotten away with lies time and again. He saw the country go hysterical about Brett Kavanaugh with not an ounce of proof. I’d believe he didn’t even feel like he was doing anything wrong, since his cause was so just.
This sort of thing is all over the media these days. It’s all we ever see anymore. Nothing but lies. Even on the right we see this. Yes, the President is just as guilty of twisting the truth to get his point across.
What needs to happen here, the only way this ever ends, is for everyone to stop and forget everything they think they know. Question it all. Research it and find the truth. But that’s hard, and it doesn’t get you what you want. Easy to carry on in fantasy land.
