So, yeah… was bored, watched it a few nights ago, and to my surprise it wasn’t that bad of a movie.
Well… on the surface you see this pretty much stereotypical feminist company that magically became successful with a “strong and independent” woman running everything. As in the real world, all of the programmers were male, and appropriate rolls appeared to be in-place ( amazing ), female customer service reps, female secretaries, female masseuse, females in female rolls for the most part. The only really feminism forced roll was the boss. To make things worse… She has a house husband!
Dun dun dun… evil feminazi plot!
However!
*spoiler alert*
As we near the end, it turns out that her life isn’t going so peachy at all! Infact! it is quiet the opposite!!! near the end of the movie she comes home to her house husband, after we find out that she new her perfect house husband was cheating on her ( ya ya blame the man – just ignore that part ), she comes home with her fake self on as if everything is all peachy, and then breaks down with, “[blah blah] i like the new ceo… i think it will be good for us… [bunch of emo s~~~ here] … i figure if someone else at work can call some of the shots then maybe… we can get back to where we were 18 months ago”… just screaming that the whole reason their relationship was in shambles, was because she was a work-a-holic, and was absolutely UNSATISFIED with sacrificing work and achievements for a solid relationship. Thus! Showing the absolute truth, which is that women are absolutely miserable without a solid relationship; no matter how successful they are at being an “independent woman” bringing in the money.
And then the movie should of ended there.
Yeah, yeah… they try to pit it all on the house husband for cheating, but, when she comes home to try and fix s~~~, it’s a confession that it’s all her fault.
I donno, i have mixed thoughts about this movie. i initially started watching it with the thought of, “(facepalm) this is going to be another feminazi movie… but f~~~! im bored… ” but, turned out to have a bit of substance to it.
Thoughts? anyone else see this same message? that women are not happy being the bread winners? or am i just looking too much into it and ignoring most of the feminazi crap?

Thanks for the warning! I’ll skip this one.
