My direct supervisor is a woman and her supervisor is a woman.

She leads out of fear.

I have to do what she says even when I’m certain she is wrong.

Our department is the weakest link because she is too much of a puss to fight for us when it counts.

I absolutely loathe female leadership. You can be sure most companies will have an HR department loaded with male hating females.
In today’s world, in order to survive, you have to keep your mouth shut and ghost. Don’t complain, don’t confront, be invisible. Let the bitches do whatever it is they do. At least you can go home to peace and quiet.

It really p~~~es me off sometimes that women are given the reigns when the hard work is already done. I still to this day have never witness a good female leader which makes me conclude that they might not/dont exist. They are just quota-sitters handed the red button to destroy people if they have cramps this month.
