Doing some training at work. Time for the quarterly audit which consists of putting paper in the correct order and scanning it into the system.

Of course this was too much for the hive to handle as they began arguing over who signs what. They have been doing this together for over 10 years.

After about 2 minutes of this s~~~ my MGTOW training kicked in and I got up from her desk and went back to mine. It sent a big message.

I will no longer play the bitchy little games and when the s~~~ starts I ghost. Highly effective.

You do not need to say anything, just walk away. MGTOW is easy.

true in some cases, but not always. What if it’s part of your job to be there and help the hive? If you walk away, they might talk s~~~ about you to your manager.

Excellent point and it is part of my job. However, when the irrational arguing starts that has nothing to do with me I GTFO. You cannot reason with emotional and irrational people. Don’t waist your time.

Irrational arguing is NOT part of the job. Nor is sitting there wathcing it go down.

IF he tries to do anything to stop it hes the only guy there and they all then target HIM because hes the guy trying to tell them what to do. They instantly attack him and blame him for screwing everything up.

They are grown adults arguing about stuff they should have figured out 10 years ago. He cannot fix it but he can walk away.
