Yes, and its mostly Men, who are incarcerated in the system. I’ve known people, who got in early around 13-14 years old. In and out of jail like a revolving door. Probation helps keep people in the system too. Lots of little rules and infractions to up your sentence to more years. My friend ended up doing 4 years in prison for petty bulls~~~ probation violations. Prison is a booming industry in this country.

It seems like Cops especially like this s~~~. The Thug Cops have a lot in common with the Thug Gangsta. Some Dirty Cops are even in gangs like the Bloods.
