The Hazards of a small business Owner.

As more men go into business of their own, there are things that people take for granted. Shipping items out to customers can be one hell of a nightmare. In fact, many business go to great lengths to have even a Shipping office inside their building. FedEx would be one of them.

Now, how can you go broke? Well, this is one way it happens.

Louis Rossmann of the Rossmann Repair group knows this all to well. I would call him the one of my Hero’s if here was anyone who deserves that accolade. Not only does he have a great work ethic, he REALLY follows Sky-0’s motto of getting up again.

Throughout his many perils he has had, he has still managed to make a name for himself and even tangle head to head with company’s far and wide as big as Apple and many others.

If you are looking to start a business, you ultimately have some costs that you can not cover. As you become larger, you have to keep an eye on these things. And it can be a hassle. Most business don’t fail due to the person not working hard enough. It’s all these things that happen that are beyond your control. And you have to account for them.

Shipping like it or not has people. PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES. And this is why automation has rapidly been taking place all over the shipping industry. But in fact, the main problem is PEOPLE. And like it or not, these are the losses that can happen in your business ventures.

Just like Louis said, there was a real world choice for him back in 2019 he fondly remembers. Pay the gas bill, or fix the laptops back in 2009 with the funds he had. in 2019, it’s not such a problem. In 2009? That could of ended his business.

This is what men are up against each and every day. Dealing with people that you have to learn how to navigate. In fact, it’s not just small business either. BIG company’s like NIKE here in Oregon have also had to face this kind of issue. And it simply boggles the mind some Idiot person who happens to want to get his way has enough power to change the WAY you run your own business. In fact, it took Nike simply saying “Okay, we will leave Oregon. China looks better all around anyways. And suddenly, the problem goes away.

Not many companies can do this. But many have.

In fact a BULK of our jobs in Manufacturing left for the same reasons. Why? Not cuz people did not want to work. But when it came down to the Local climate of doing business in America? they simply saw that other places were so much better then doing business here in the the USA and went abroad.

THIS is how a MGTOW style business should be run. And lets be real here. You have to be ready to deal with people. And be ready to deal with all sorts of BS that comes your way.

Your job as a Business owner is to protect your business. It is not only a source of money. But it is your identity. And in fact, just like Marriage has been hijacked, so has the workplace in many aspects. Men who lose the business that they have built often times never recover. And this is why many of you need to safeguard what is yours. And be ready to walk and take what you have away with you at any time.

It’s funny to think about a simple job that way. But you to who work for other people need to understand the same principles. Trust me on this that your local government has no care in the world if you make it or break it. They don’t care. They simply are cogs in a machine that will do whatever they are told. In fact, many business operate under the radar simply to exist.

This is not different to what happened at NIKE. Where they were told they HAD to allow the POLICE to handle things on their Campus. And Nike even with all its investment in Oregon was ready to pick up and leave and never return again. You have to be a BULL and be ready to pull the plug if someone is willing to tell you what to do. COMPROMISE just like giving an apology is nothing but a line down a road that ends with your neck in a rope.

I encourage all of you men to start your own business and think ahead and PLAN AHEAD. You can do it. Just like
Louis Rossmann. Remember. Sometimes it’s better to simply close up shop and walk away from it all like many have talked about here of men that simply closed entire factories and offices after a single BS Sexual harassment claim.

In fact, it’s not talked about. But the dirty secret on why so many jobs have left was simply that we men had no one to turn to for help in our own government. Imagine if I was a business owner, and I had my entire business Data and hardware confiscated, (And it happened) and I could not and did not have a back up of any sort, what could I do? I would have been dead in the water.

YOU as a man must ensure that you have a back up plan for every contingency. And be able to fight back with not muscle, but with their own game.
