Now the birth rate is being blamed on how women WANT to work but cant because “patriarchy”. How about you get paid EQUALLY for EQUAL amount of WORK!!!

Why is it that career advancement cant happen when they take months off??? Why is it that when they get back to work important s~~~ has passed them by.. Its “PATRIARCHY!!! WAAAHH”!

But no! Feminism! They were supposed to have it all!!! Dammit! The cognitive disconnect is TOO unreal at this point!

Women wanted “it all” and now that REAL WORLD DOLLARS are involved they blame “not enough societal protection”?? Sorry, I didnt get a state sanction vacation from work when my son was born! His mom DID! I still had to go to work and maintain my performance.

And now, Im supposed to subsidize my paycheck for YOUR brood? And the rest of the country is pitching in as well??????

I’m sometimes in the position of the hiring manager. I hire CPAs, and the job requires about 40 percent travel. As an organization we have a preference for hiring people right after graduating. Which means I am hiring folks in their mid to late 20s. The job requires considerable and expected travel.

The position take a couple of years, working under a mentoring type arrangement, to become competent. Maybe 5-6 to become good at what we do.

I never hire young women anymore as they kill my efficiency.

Shortly after being hired, many have gotten pregnant. They are in the prime age for it.

Automatically they are given 8 weeks of leave after birth. That’s after 9 months where they can basically miss work anytime they wish to with a pregnancy related issue.

During that 9 months, they can cancel out on any assignments that involve travel.

And, the inconsistent or random nature of the absences means they can not be assigned to any group-type or collaborative assignments………as they cant be counted on to attend meetings, or even complete the work on a fixed schedule.

After the 9 months of pregnancy, which allowed for frequent absences, we then have at least 2 months or more where they are gone completely.

This is almost a year of needing to work around the young woman’s pregnancy.

In the mean time, her development has been retarded. And my organization’s over-all efficiency drops.

Also, as this counts as a filled position, I can not hire any one else to complete the work.

Which means……… the men on our staff, due to the pregnant woman’s absence, are now required to do more assignments, and travel more then the usual 40 percent, to compete our same amount of work.

Here is what all women and a lot of men dont get.

You cannot have it all.

Women think men have had it all. Not true and never has been.
The guys that work long and hard at careers, lose time with family. Look at all the women who bitch you are never here anymore, you missed this and this, i got bored and f~~~ed the pool boy, its your fault.

The guy that has time for family, gets bitched at for not working harder and being career motivated.

To do things right, to achieve, to do things well, requires time. Time on one area means less time on others. The guys who slave away in the office or coal mines or construction or in the military cant have it all, they never did.

Women say that to play victim and guilt the guy. Hes away so it must be more fun than here. Which is bulls~~~, the women find out when they go out to work. And the the family suffers because now no one has family as a priority.

You cant have it all. You can find a working balance, but you cant have it all. Awake guys know that. It cant be 100% work and 100% family equally. You cant be a Trump and be totally integrated into every family moment.
