Short story for you:

I had a spare older car to get rid of , so I thought to do the “Good Samaritan” thing.
Mind you, this car was an American make, had high miles, BUT was in very good working order save a minor problem. I put in a new battery and tires on it plus I had the ball joints serviced, New Struts front and rear and regular tune ups. It did develop an exhaust leak from sitting around idle for so long.

So, I answered an ad for a minority single mother wanting a car. I told her give me $300.00 for it and you have a very reliable daily driver. (The car had no rust). She told me she couldn’t get the exhaust leak fixed and desperately needed a car. In short,…. she wanted the car FOR FREE. I told her , “Good luck in having someone just GIVE YOU A CAR.”
I couldn’t believe the sense of entitlement she displayed !

This girl needs a major slap in the face and a good talk. I never heard of this level of entitlement and from such a young age. I never heard of any teenage girl getting a thousand dollars a month for allowance. That’s nuts! What this girl needs is a real dose of real life.
