She is not supposed to be accountable. Women know this deep down, so they do not need good excuses.

If only they did not have lots of laws making them equal to men, no one would care when they did dumb stuff like that because we would accept they have less self control and reason and we would say “where was her husband/ father/ brother when she got this dumb idea)” (just as we would when a child does something similar and we say “where were the parents?”).

As it is, the women themselves, and sometimes the system, DO say it, when they go to the male to pay the price for the female’s stupid behavior.
