Due process includes hearing your charges, preparing a defense, having counsel and facing your accuser.

The c~~~ accusing Kavenough issued a statement through her attorney that she wants to do away with these constitutional rights.

She wants to testify last, ensuring that Kavenough will not be able to defend himself as he doesn’t know the charges. They want Kavenough to be absent when she testifies ensuring that he won’t be able to face his accuser and wants no attorneys questioning ensuring his right to counsel is removed from him.

It didn’t take very long to move the Kangaroo courts from college to move into the mainstream female thinking process.

I was explaining this to a friend yesterday. The Republicans are looking at this like a criminal trial, proof beyond a reasonable doubt. There’s no way you get to reasonable doubt on this. I’ve been on a jury and you wouldn’t believe the mental gymnastic bulls~~~ that will create doubt in someone’s mind.

The Democrats are treating this like a civil trial, 51/49. Who do you believe MORE? And of course you must believe all women, so she is on the 51% side. This entire s~~~ show is designed to run out the clock to the midterm election. You’ve got to kill about six weeks. Give the letter out at the 11th hour, that should burn about a week. Try to kill another week before she comes forward. Try to kill another week talking about whether or not she’ll testify. Try to kill another week asking for an FBI investigation before you testify. Agree to testify, but at the end of the week not the beginning. Tick, tick, tick……

If they don’t take the Senate in the midterms, they lost nothing. If they do take the Senate, then the Senate would have to confirm him in a lame duck session which will fire up the base even more. Or it waits until the new Senate comes in and he doesn’t get confirmed. The Dems have nothing to lose with trying to run out the clock.

CNN showed a recent video of five women on this issue and all five women sided with Kavenough:

I wonder how many of these democrats would be ok with it if their father, brother, or son was found guilty of rape, that supposedly happened decades ago, when there was absolutely no proof to back it up, simply because some woman said so. What they are trying to do here is just frightening, and if they could get away with it they would gleefully pull off a massive violation of some of the core principals of our legal system, mainly innocent until proven guilty and the burden of proof being on the prosecution.

Credible rape accusations should be investigated, but ultimately whether Kavanaugh did it or not at this point, its absurd liberals think he needs to defend himself when there is no evidence. All he needs for a defense at this point is “Show me your evidence.”

There’s a chance that sooner or later, probably at a date closer to midterm elections, Republicans will hit back throwing some false accusations against few preminent Democrats.
That would be a lot of fun.
