It seems that the courts are starting to get involved in the behavior of campus sexual assault investigations, or non-investigations.

In this case a young man is not given his constitutional right to cross examine his accuser. Campus policy is that the victim doesn’t have to testify in front of the accused and that the only thing he could read about her accusations are notes his advocate took during the accusations.

With Kavanaugh on the court I hope we will see a reinforcement of due process rights for those accused of sexual crimes.

the kavanaugh hearing did far more damage against the democrats than it did to anything or anyone else. If they are LUCKY as hell, kavanaugh will get in and maybe won’t hold a grudge against them for this s~~~. If not, then Trump will appoint someone they will hate even more. Worst case scenario: If Kavanaugh doesn’t get in this time, then trump appoints someone worse, THEN ginsberg croaks and trump appoints Kavanaugh anyway.
