Well. THANK THE LORD I HAD A GOOD JUDGE and This was not apart of the family court system, but the criminal court system. I got lucky. But I go back to court on the 5th. So I need to get my evidence and a public defender ready. I hope to use the same guy I used last time.

THE DA of course brought up that I had a PAST DV, and it was DV related. But I have no current DV orders on file. Just a Non monitored probation. When the Judge asked for clarification, She did not have ANYTHING to say. And I was let out the next day.

I had the Black judge, and he was VERY VERY FAIR. I did not let the Public women attorney speak for me the whole time, and I was Very firm, and polite with the judge.

I always started out with “You Honorable sir, ” and I I was clear to the point out that i was just here from California to visit my son on my court ordered visitation.

I only made one request of the judge to please allow me the use of soap, and toilet paper so I can please relivice myself since it has been over 38 hours, and I would like to the court to please allow me to relieve myself with dignity as I am no threat to myself, or willing to harm myself with soap or toilet paper.

I also asked to please be given soap so I can eat a meal due to the prevalence of Hepatitis in jails, and I did not want to get sick eating due to me being a diabetic. And noted that my feet were bloody in the cell from stepping on debire and asked if I could please clean my cell under supervision.

After that, the DA recommend that I stay in jail for 15 days until my trail, the judge asked her why? She had nothing to say, and just randomly blurted out that It is a DV situation.

I let the judge know that I am violating my contract with Veterans Vocational rehabilitation Program, and that if I am to stay in the state, I respectfully request that if they make me stay, that I can forward that paperwork to VA so I do not lose my educational funding, and do not waste taxpayers money.

That is when my mom very respectfully spoke to the judge, and let him know that i was just coming in to see my son, and that this happens every time I come here on my visitation days.

What really got them is when I asked to Please take a shower, and please be allowed to clean the blood and feces on the walls, to maintain a healthy environment for others, as I noted there were quite a few men in there that were not as lucky to have such a great support network as I do.

At that he said that Since I was allowed to leave the state, and that he found it odd that the charge was from FEbruary, even though I was sentenced in April by the judge, and I did state that I have proof that the VA with the state of California corrections denying my probation on grounds of being no laws broken with the help of the VA staff and VA police who heard the recording of the Probation officer and her disconnect that I was already living in California, and then made threats that the VA police in the hallway were alerted to;… I mentioned that they tired to get in contact with the state of Oregon, and I have proof of this that I can furnish as I was at the time under care with the VA mental health as per orders of the judge for me to seek counseling….

So it looks like the DA was kind of overwhelmed, and the judge just politely ignored her.

Before i went back, I made sure it was okay to see my kid this weekned and what steps I can do to complay with any orders, or saftey issues or concers the court had. All he said was

“YOU MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOUR SON”. Just have your mother go pick him up at the police station.

He also asked me how I arranged visitation, \

I cited the to the DA that the DA has paperwork that states that all communication will be done via the Family app, but my ex refuses to use the application, and prefers to communicate with me directly.

But I told him, I never reply, since this is not the order, and I need to follow whatever laws and or orders given by the state as “I love the shivlairy in jail, but I know by being here, I am costing the tax payers money, and I don’t want to waste valuable money and time of the court. And I ended with, as always, Thank you with my head bowed in respect.

And off I went.

What happned next was amazing. THe female cops were MOANING that it took over 20 minutes for me to be seen, and that they were amazed that I was getting out.

I got lucky to have a FINE black man as a judge. And I will make sure to write him a thank you letter as well as letting him know how thankful I am for his ruling.

I hope this is clear.

Okay, the jail experience. I am just going to let the video do the talking here.

Man, its sad, I had to do my best to protect another man from getting f~~~ed up by one of the guards. I know it was not my business, but I was not going to let another man’s fragile state get him into more trouble.

I saw that the officer had enough of his crying and kicking the door, he and 3 other men were brought in there screaming about “I was just visiting my kid, I did nothing! Why am I here!

I suspect that they don’t want men like this in the prison block with general population, and keep them here silent. They don’t want men like this in their jails with the general drug addicts, and people brought in for other crimes.

Apparently, I was not the only one that got this “Probation” violation thing. Seems like a new angle they are trying to use to get men back in to court when there is no legitimate DV order that will do it.

Anyway, when I saw the Sheriff, (a short guy with a BAD temper) going to the cell, and starting to yell at the guy, and I could see he was going to intimidate him more as they find pleasure in this, I could not just keep stand to see another man bullied like this.

I had a small crack in the door, and I spoke to the man, and let him know that he was going to be okay, and gave him a small 3-4 minute monolog of what the officer was doing to him and and why.

I let him know that these officers DO NOT follow the laws, they are the Masters of these walls, and there is Nothing you can do. Yelling will not make these men do anything for you and they enjoy your misery. And that is why they put you here.

I addressed his concerns of the phone call, and his plea on his constitutional rights, and let him know that we are in not in states custody but the corporation of the state.

Actually, I think they were somewhat taken off by me doing that. I took a risk, but f~~~ it. What were they going to do? Put me in Jail? Molest my kids again? Kill a 3 month old baby boy? S~~~..

I went back to Working out, and practicing some taekwon do stuff I learned as a kid to focus my mind.

After that, the mental health person came, in, and they wanted to get me out of the place in a hurry.

Apparently, I’m not the sort they like to have in a cell. Actually, the rumor has it that I am still the last person who denied having my bail paid, so I guess word goes around.

I guess I’m almost a regular there. I know they know me, cuz one of the guys that was f~~~ing around with my ex, his dad works at the jail. And since the thing with the VA, they know pretty well, I am not the sort of guy that deals with giving special favors to criminals.

I think they are still kind of p~~~ed about what got public about a year ago about dirty cops in Gresham. Yea. F~~~ it. What are they going to do. Take my life? Sure, why not. No one wants to die an old man anyways. Might as well go out kicking and screaming.

Also, when they came to get me, there was no paper warrant. THey just showed the computer to me, and that as far as I know, a bench warrant is a misdemeanor, and they don’t come to your home to arrest you of that.

And that was again my understanding when I spoke to the DA and a lawyer in California, and also some police officers.

So, I was just questioning why they were came to my car, while I AM AT MY HOUSE… Sitting in my car smoking, and drinking some coffee, and 8 cops roll up to take me in.

I was not rude, but I did want to make sure I at least got some footage, and when the cop just came up and tried to open my door by surprise, I was like… HOLD UP. Let me start recording first, and get some advice from some MGTOW brothers on this and let you guys know what they are doing these days.

Apparently, this came from my ex calling about that I had a warrant I guess. But that’s just speculation.

Also, I noticed that at least 3 other guys were coming in from this, so it seems to be a new way of circumvent the law when there is no DV order present. Again, that is why even though I was cleared on Violating any provision of the REstraining order by my lawyer, THey said, WELL, You did not pick him up at the suggested location. Again, it says it on the order that this was the SUGGESTED place, OR Whatever SHE agrees upon.

Even though I showed the court that SHE is the one that agreed for the pick up at my sons home, they said that it was a me not following the order of picking up my son at the suggested location (again this is per verbatim from the order) AND again, I said to the same judge who said that the Place of pick up IS TO BE AGREED WITH HER.

AND My previous lawyer said the same thing,

They just had to make sure I got SOME kind of probation or something on me, so they could use the probation angle since it has a 6 month sentence if you violate it.

It’s just a way to keep you under the states control. And since I was out of state, the judge knew this and made sure it was NON supervisory.

TOday the judge told me the same thing, and said, “Well he said you could leave the state last time, I see no problem about realising you since you were allowed to be out of state before,”

So in the end. It’s all a scam. But at least the cops that were picking me up let me know about it.

Still. Nothing like being nude and doing jumping jacks. I knew the female guards came to watch me. THat was odd.. But whatever.. 🙂

I paid them no attention. And just kept focusing on improving my Push ups, situps, and body and mind and focus. And things went fine.

Anyways, if you want it to go real easy, when you check in, GROBBLE. Be like, a gay fairy, or just be Sad. REAL SAD. Look down, and don’t smile whatever you do.

THE WOMEN THERE REALLY REALLY HATE THAT.

I am still going to fill out the grievance, and make plenty of reports to the people and staff of the jail, and to the county about conditions and treatment of the people in the jail, and how its not okay to use physical violence or intimidation tactics like being put in solitary suicide watch when you alert them of their bad behavior.

I would like to say thank you to all of you, Your stories really made my day when I walked home.

The cops stories are the best. And I agree with your Old Heyoka, IT IS THE SYSTEM.

Still bothers me to no end that even though the DA of course said I need to stay in jail? I am just thankful that she had NO idea of my case, or who I was and was not prepared and just gave the standard line.

I am just going to go with a public defender. No reason to spend any more money supporting the system. This is what they were put in there to do anyways, and they seem to have more pull than many other attorneys, even though they have a much higher caseload.

You have to do your work to prepare you evidence, and let HIM to the job. (I got a male lawyer, and with his experience, he just read the order out loud and got all the charges dropped, but he even knew and told me that they would still want some kind of charge filed to not look bad.

I thanked him endlessly. If you are in Oregon, I will make sure to give you his email and office number. I mean the guy really cared. That’s not to often it happens.

It was better than spending $5000 just to get one.

And I just got done talking to a family member who is a lawyer in the family, (albeit not here in Oregon)

See the thing was, they were looking for me, so it was not like the judge said, GO GET THIS GUY on random. Someone had to place a phone call, and this was called in by a judge.

See that’s what’s scary, about this. How is it a woman can call and say, HEY can you do something to my ex? And judges, or whomever will be HAPPY to do this on a PHONE CALL or REQUEST?

That has to be some kind of corruption there. Even the officer in the car told me the same thing. (and he just mentioned it to me on the drive out of the blue)

Like the judge said, he was confused since I was in compliance.

What I think it is IMO is that they never could serve me while I was in California. Since it is from February, I wonder if they are serving the bench warrant due to not being able to serve me? That is what I am worried about.

Now, if that is what is going on, then that is going to be some hell of f~~~ed up s~~~.

So now I am not under any order of any kind, I wonder if they just want to renew an old expired order before the year completes on the notice to serve the order? It just does not makes sense.

But if that is true, then I got bigger problems coming. And what disturbs me is that the judge could not even find specifics of what probation was issued for? Even the Probation officer was not there, so I am somewhat worried about this since it does no seem to be coming from the probation office since they knew California declined to do it.

So as always, I am sure its going to be some messy legal issue here. I have about 2500 I could spend on this, but I refuse to spend any more of my money to feed the state’s coffers.

At this point, I am just going to be gone out of the state for another year, and just say to hell with vistination with my kid.

I am suppose to have him this weekend, and will have to find out if my mom or sister is able to pick up my son.

ANyways, Thank you so much for the support. I hope to let you guys know what going on so you can learn some lessons from it and learn how to avoid any issues like this if they come up for you guys.

Yes, there will be more legal trouble for you ahead, and you can bet your ass that she has contacts on the court, to do what she did.

It would be on your best interest to find out who the judge that she called was, so you can turn him unable to work in your cases, because he is prejudiced against you.

I am sure that the papers that they served you (or the bulls~~~ electronic order) had his name and signature in it. You also have the cops statement… you should have recorded that, somehow… but I know thst it may be impossible.

Still, find the connection, and you will make her life ten times harder, just because now you have the prejudiced judge against you removed from all of your cases.

Yeah, I hear most jails now are filled with Female Guards. They like to Abuse Men and they can do it every day. Some of these c~~~s are really sick in the head.
